    left hand side at the top looks like it didn't go into the trim or is that just the light ?

      He didn't glue it as he was just explaining it. If he glued the piece, it would have looked flushed.

    Do you find that the trim across the front of the bottom sheet holds any moisture on the window sill??

    Hi, On the edge against the window frame would you not use a stop end to have a neater finish and also where the sides meets the bottom would you not have a corner trim to connect the 2 pieces or is that too much and too awkward to fit? :)

      You can use a stop end and corner trim but it looks bitty. Better to take a bit of time and trim carefully to ensure a good butt joint. You can always run a small silicon joint to cover afterwards.
