Couple things: 1: I’ve got the pitch counter ready. I’ll keep track of your putting for the year 2: I hope Hunter tries his breaking challenge at New London this year. (Especially with world coming, if possible) 3: I wonder how long the tree and the carcass will stay on the course throughout the series
After 12 holes, I'm seeing you trying to birdie most holes. Here's a FEB game plan. Ignore all pars, you are putting a lot of weight on yourself for hard par 3s. Play every other hole for 3 except 6 holes to go for it, where 2 strokes is the goal. Don't do any hero putts, but if you can get 2 of them, that's a score of 16. There will be 2 holes you can take a 5 on. That's 26. Now you just need 10 3's and you are at 56. The trick is to play golf, not playing every hole for birdie. You can break 57 with only two 2's, and can still take two 5's, or two 2's, and four 4's. You don't need birds to win this challenge, but you have to avoid costly bogeys and doubles.
what makes foundation different than other disc golf youtube channels is Konner and Silas's ability to man the camera like the camera crew from The Office. The camera pans back and forth to Hunter and Trevor are peak craftsmanship
Course has more teeth than New London. Keep in mind that these are the shorter basket placements and this series might see multiple placement changes. Good luck Trevor!
1) This series is 100% watchable, keep going! 2) Have you guys ever encountered the legendary gurdian spirit of Independence Park? Jk its a neighborly white fluffy dog that's the size of a wolf, my friends and I went down to Lynchburg for the first time this past November and this huge dog joined us from like hole 14 or 15 and disappeared after hole 17. Saw him back in his yard when we left. 3) I think Hunter is right, you can totally manage this course. If you aim for 1 or 2 birdies and then just aim for par, it's theoretically possible to break 57. A lot of the times on par 3s, we all tend to try and hit the gap AND get distance, and that's where we turn potential birdies to bogeys. It's hard to change the mindset but what if you just hit the gap and land in a good spot off the tee, chip up, and hit par? You had the birdies on 1 and 17, might be all you need!
The simplest putting tip I got that completely got rid of my yanking and "yips", was to shake hands with the basket. Meaning you should always end with your hand in an extended outstretched position directly at the basket, like you are reaching to shake someone's hand. It completely gets rid of both the bad wrist or finger over follow through that is what causes you to yank them to the right. You adjust your aim/line to the right for long putts that you will need to play the hyzer some. But for inside the circle putting, just aim at the basket. That tip completely changed my game and confidence.
Looking forward to this series. Good luck Trev! Although being just a hit the gaps in a thousand trees woods course, may not be as interesting to watch. In general a good difficulty level of challenge just the same.
Seeing Trevor throw an amazing skip shot that beautifully skirted a very tight left turn then completely airball a 12ft putt was what im here for LOooool
Really excited for this new series, favorite of the channel by far. Please keep up Hunter's break 68, we were left on the cusp of greatness and we'd like to see it achieved.
Cmon Konner....was waiting for "the Candy is sweet"..... Feel like this is gonna be tough all year, but Trevor will definitely improve on these numbers, certainly going to be entertaining as long as he keeps the frustration at bay. You got to go for it on 18, don't play it safe, you've definitely got the arm to get it across. Let's go guys! Gonna be fun.
Trevor, I changed my stance to straddle for a couple of months. This helped me to stop missing right. Now I am back to stagger and I maintained the same swing path for my putt and it works. I am making more putts than ever. I feel like with a straddle, you are focused more on arm stroke and finger pops allows you to miss either high or low versus left and right. Just a thought. Let me know if you have any questions, it really does come down to the feel.
Love the new series! Excited to see what Trevor does. One note, Konners voice was so loud in this one. I had to keep turning my volume up and back down over and over
One thing that recently really helped my putting is a video of Ricky and Carter Ahrens. Carter is asking how Ricky putts so far, and Ricky talked about really extending his arm and snapping his wrist at the end. Made a world of difference from a 30 second clip
Treavor, I know that you can easily smash this course. The first step to truly getting it is believing in yourself. Your self-doubt on every shot is what kept you from putting up a decent score to begin with. YOU GOT THIS!!!!!!!!!
Just as a suggestion... I think an AWESOME series idea would be joining/creating and playing in a putting league. Both to help you guys dial in your putting and keep it dialed in a little more, and just for the content side of it as well. If you make a league, you could do small prizes for the winners(foundation store gift card, or a disc)
Love this challenge!! Definitely don’t take these early months for granted. End of the year will definitely sneak up. Attack the course early in the year
One of my favorite courses and the fact it's only minutes from Falling Creek (my favorite course) makes it even better. About an hour drive for me but being able to hit both of the courses in the same trip makes it worthwhile.
Also, you could play this course with a zeus, a zone, an undertaker, a buzzz and a putter. Because I’m pretty sure Paul designed the course with just those disc in hand. Every shot shapes up for the same few flights
Trevor is much funnier than hunter when he is mad. Hunter acts like someone shot his puppy when he’s mad. BUT Hunter is also much funnier when he’s happy. That being said, I’m excited for this series. “Trevor don’t do,it” lol
Good luck Trevor ... I know that course well I have gotten -3 one day from the shirts and then +21 the next on the long tees lol. Once again watch the Vlog with Uli and Simon with the putting I think it will really help.
Hey, what if you guys talked to the person in charge of maintaining the course. Have them give you the key to move the baskets to longs and then you can move them back. That way we see you play the course in the same layout every time. 😊
These distances and late turns and tunnels would be great for you to throw a deputy. You have a great hyzer flip and can put putters 350 so you don’t need a forehand. Tune your bag for that beast of a course.
I'm not saying its the best putter in the world or anything different. but I recently switched to a Yikun Hammer and for some reason it drastically improved my putting.
Trevor - your hand should be centered over your spine throughout the whole putting stroke, and your spine should be lined up with the basket pole. Keeping your hand framed in your body, in line with your spine, will reduce missing right or left. This is a Philo tip and it was a game changer for me. Now I can put 500 ft.
Are both course layouts the same par 57, but with different par 4s based on position? I'm very curious to see if the course changes difficulty (for Trevor) based on basket positions.
19:22 really showed me that he needs to start putting flat, not hyzer, and draw a straight line to the basket. The whole "aim on hyzer and swing it in" thing is much harder to replicate time and time again.
If there are multiple holes that have different pars based on the pin position they happen to be in then it doesn’t make sense to set a number to try to break. It should just be breaking even par
Trev, Is it humourous to see you fail? Yes! Do we all know the feeling of absolute defeat, when we cant even get to the basket from 100 feet? Yes! Do we wanna see you eventually get close, and hopefully break 57? Yes! We are ALL on your team Big Trev! 🔥🔥Let's f**king go!!🔥🔥
I recommend actually training on the course, pick a different hole every day and play it for hours throwing multiple shots from the tee each time to find out the most comfortable shot and the odds for birdie (ie if it’s worth going for it or if there is a safer line)
Idk what part of your hand you aim with but try keeping making your wrist paint the pole because it seems like when you get longer distances you want to flick your wrist more
Honest question: Why would Udisc par outrank the actual signage on the course? Like, isn't the designer (Mr. McBeth, I think) going to have signs that match his design?
Hunter needs to keep up the break 68 challenge. Do both
yeah, especially now that he has all his discs back
I second the motion
I say make it like Break 86 where they whole team just surprises him with it at random until he does it.
Maybe we can guilt them into doing both simultaneously if this comment gets enough likes.
At least once every 3 or 4 months.
I want everyone to do a series like this. All the boys. So much drama. Excitement. Disappointment. Achievement. Love it.
Couple things:
1: I’ve got the pitch counter ready. I’ll keep track of your putting for the year

I'll keep that in mind Hunter
Aim left Trevor. You already proved to yourself that it can work for you
16:15 If you listen closely, you can hear Jeremy Koling yell "Scuzzlebutt!"
1) This series is 100% watchable, keep going!
2) Have you guys ever encountered the legendary gurdian spirit of Independence Park? Dude that dog has been in like 3+ videos! Go back through some older content there
@@Evan-iq5xf Fair enough! I'm definitely a newer watcher of Foundation as I just got into disc golf a little over a year ago.

You asked "if this is too hard to watch" and it's not at all. We all know the feeling. Very enjoyable and funny. Great work. Stay at it. You got it.
Seeing Trevor throw an amazing skip shot that beautifully skirted a very tight left turn then completely airball a 12ft putt was what im here for LOooool
This is going to be such a great series. Godspeed Trev
Gonna be another great series to keep us entertained!! Also Candy is amazing!!
This course will look totally different in the Spring. Nice to see it like this first.
This is an instant classic! The dead deer had me rolling.
Really excited for this new series, favorite of the channel by far. Please keep up Hunter's break 68, we were left on the cusp of greatness and we'd like to see it achieved.

Love these series! Thanks for doing it again in 2024!
I enjoy the break series. I thrive off of your frustration, it is my food. It reminds me of my own game. Good luck this year Trevor
Please keep break 68 going come on the channel needs it
Trevor, I changed my stance to straddle for a couple of months. This helped me to stop missing right. Now I am back to stagger and I maintained the same swing path for my putt and it works. I'm so fired up to watch this series
Love the end of round stats, good luck moving forward!
I don’t know why but the vibe in this video is pure gold
Love the new series! Excited to see what Trevor does. One note, Konners voice was so loud in this one. I had to keep turning my volume up and back down over and over
Konnor and his snickering after the power grip fiasco had me dying
One thing that recently really helped my putting is a video of Ricky and Carter Ahrens. Carter is asking how Ricky putts so far, and Ricky talked about really extending his arm and snapping his wrist at the end. Made a world of difference from a 30 second clip
You should all try to beat 57! It would be cool to see everyones improvement throughout the year
Treavor,
I know that you can easily smash this course. The first step to truly getting it is believing in yourself. Your self-doubt on every shot is what kept you from putting up a decent score to begin with. YOU GOT THIS!!!!!!!!!
Trevor should’ve done New London as well. Make it a competition between Trevor and Hunter.
The break series is the best!
*whispers*
“I know you want to see it hit the ice on hyzer” 😂
Love this challenge!! Definitely don’t take these early months for granted. End of the year will definitely sneak up. Attack the course early in the year
Hunter is such a goofy, happy-go-lucky soul when he's just chilling and not the one playing the round. LoL
I absolutely enjoyed the dead deer carcass! Keep it up.
Favorite series hands down
That deer carcass was a metaphor for how the game was going... Gonna be great series I'm sure!
Fun watching you challenge yourself Trevor!
I love this series!
One of my favorite courses and the fact it's only minutes from Falling Creek (my favorite course) makes it even better. About an hour drive for me but being able to hit both of the courses in the same trip makes it worthwhile.
BEST. SERIES.
Trevor should throw a practice round with only putters
I think a great addition to this video would be adding a “On pace for” like if he was to par the rest where he would be if he parred out
That’s just his current score, no?
konner need to stop talking man that guy just made it harder on Trevor 😂
Konner is great, but he was a bit excessive this time.
I am locked in! Good luck breaking 57 Big Trev
Almost spat ny coffee out with that "I poopied in my diapey Hunty" 😂
My brother and I started doing the Paul Mcbeth leg thing in our puts as a joke and I’ve never made more putts in my entire disc golf career
I think there’s a lot of trees on that course.
Maybe you didn’t notice.
Also, good luck Trevor. I’m rooting for you.
I am sure you can get a lower score. Us fans believe in you!
"Hunter just birdied that joke" honestly conner adds so much to this channel. #teamconner
Konner, my dude.
Hunter looks so happy to not be on the pressure side of the camera. 😄
I can’t wait to see your improvements just like Hunters! I know you can do it, you have 12 years of experience and a strong throwing arm.
Hunter’s putting tip about the foot fixed my putting. The disc actually goes where I want it to now
Also, you could play this course with a zeus, a zone, an undertaker, a buzzz and a putter.
Hunter came running down that hill to be in position for the Dad joke. Well played.
This just looks like an incredibly fun disc golf course. Just what I think of when I think “disc golf”
"Nukes BABYYYY" had me rollin
Hey, what if you guys talked to the person in charge of maintaining the course. Have them give you the key to move the baskets to longs and then you can move them back. That way we see you play the course in the same layout every time. 😊
And so it begins...
Good luck, my guy!
I had about 6 weeks of missing putts right like that. I started aiming at the 2nd left most chain and it worked for me
Here we go big Trev 🤘
You really need to take Trevor bowling so he can finally understand the back leg kick.
Yeah keep this going. Trevor has this.
Trevor is slowly turning into the disc golf version of John McEnroe and it’s hilarious.
Love the slot machine 🎰
You guys should come play Tillman and Concordia Seminary in Fort Eayne, Indiana. You guys playing there is what it looks like for me to play Tillman
Trevor, listen to me. I thoroughly enjoyed this video!! Great content
I like how the videos are getting funnier
These distances and late turns and tunnels would be great for you to throw a deputy. You have a great hyzer flip and can put putters 350 so you don’t need a forehand. Tune your bag for that beast of a course.
I'm not saying its the best putter in the world or anything different. but I recently switched to a Yikun Hammer and for some reason it drastically improved my putting.
Let's go Trevor!
Hole 15 is the funniest thing I have ever seen on this channel
That course is very tough! I would use a different course next time.
Very solid cow noise from hunter
Custom stamps for the Candy's. Softs "Cotton Candy", Firm "Now and Later", Hard "Jolly Rancher".
That deer carcass was GNARLY
Are both course layouts the same par 57, but with different par 4s based on position? I'm very curious to see if the course changes difficulty (for Trevor) based on basket positions.
You guys should have 3 Break series going on and have a prize for 1st and a punishment for last
19:22 really showed me that he needs to start putting flat, not hyzer, and draw a straight line to the basket. The whole "aim on hyzer and swing it in" thing is much harder to replicate time and time again.
If they ever made a reboot of Home Alone, Trevor looks more like Macaulay Culkin than Macaulay Culkin.
😂😂 lmao
I legitimately paused the video to compare faces 😂
I really hope Hunter continues the break 68
If there are multiple holes that have different pars based on the pin position they happen to be in then it doesn’t make sense to set a number to try to break. It should just be breaking even par
I snort laughed at least a dozen times. I'm sorry Trev but thanks for keeping it real.
Wow this was really bad but I have been there bro! It can only go uphill from here 😂
I think we need an episode where the independence dog caddies for Trev...something to think about🤷♂️
Trev,
Is it humourous to see you fail? Yes!
Do we all know the feeling of absolute defeat, when we cant even get to the basket from 100 feet? Yes!
Do we wanna see you eventually get close, and hopefully break 57? Yes!
We are ALL on your team Big Trev!
🔥🔥Let's f**king go!!🔥🔥
Bro... that cow sound was phenomenal
I was hoping for Waid Park 😢
I recommend actually training on the course, pick a different hole every day and play it for hours throwing multiple shots from the tee each time to find out the most comfortable shot and the odds for birdie (ie if it’s worth going for it or if there is a safer line)
I clapped out loud on hole 17 🎉🎉🎉
How would one go about getting that run of honey that Trevor bags? Or it that just a normal steady honey just with a dye?
Idk what part of your hand you aim with but try keeping making your wrist paint the pole because it seems like when you get longer distances you want to flick your wrist more
You just don't have enough finish line in your bag Trevor, the come up is gonna be huge
Break57 Very cool😃
Honest question: Why would Udisc par outrank the actual signage on the course? Like, isn't the designer (Mr. McBeth, I think) going to have signs that match his design?
