Yeah I think after 2014 when the AIWFCIY mic feed leaked is when her confidence started to slowly leave. I think she gets PTSD when she gets on stage to perform now because she's afraid she'll mess up, so it looks like she doesn't trust herself with her own vocals anymore. But on the caution tour she really had gained alot of confidence on stage and it showed vocally and just her overall stage presence is back.
