  • BRING ON THE JOY!
One of the MOST anticipated and requested interviews of all time is finally here! There is none more accomplished in the space of personal development and peak performance than today's AMAZING guest. This interview filled me with so much joy, light, and motivation and I know it will do the same for you! It is my honor to bring you, Brendon Burchard!
In case you've been under a rock... Brendon Burchard is a 3-time NY Times bestselling author, one of the most quoted personal development trainers in history. Forbes named him the world’s leading high-performance coach and Larry King named him the world’s top motivational trainer! This is a MAJOR POWER PLAYER and dear friend and we've got a message for YOU!
In this interview we dive deep into how you can use your emotions, even the ones we consider to be "bad" emotions like guilt and defeat, to create and fuel success!
Brendon and I open up and share how the effects of COVID-19 are affecting our businesses and personal lives and share what we are doing to continue to be a leader in our professional and personal lives. From it, you'll learn how to reprogram your mind to THINK like a peak performer and how to use the struggles we are ALL facing right now to find balance, peace, and endurance for yourself AND for your family.
Even if you've already ready Brendon's book, "High-Performance Habits", the tactical skills shared in this interview will help you jump start your life and develop the habits needed to generate momentum and sustain your ability to achieve at the highest levels... even in the midst of this pandemic!
Brendon evens shares his emotional and powerful experience with his father during his final days on earth that will move you to your core. I'm a strong dude but this interview truly touched my heart and nearly brought me to tears.
If you want to become a better version of yourself, increase your skills, your knowledge, your ability to lead and love yourself, and others, 2 of the most followed and influential motivational and peak performance coaches are RIGHT HERE to teach you how.

High Performer habits: ( my favorite part is: it's not about degree, money, or current status).
    1. Exercise 5 times more weekly than others.
    2. Take a break every 55 min. to recharge
    3. have clarity: who am I, how do I want to be perceived. - they journal more than other people.
    4. Have a role model mentality- be kind, be positive.
    5. they are purpose-driven- Servant of the public.

This interview was wonderful! So much on life skills and yet, The true meaning of why we are. here, I'm 65 my parents went to be with the Lord at 20 and 23 brain and bone cancer. Many years raising my daughters on my own with no assistance. fighting one battle after another trying to keep my head above water. Daughters grown with their own families, I'm trying to rebuild my life again. Wanting more than ever to become a better me! To build a business that will carry me and leave an inheritance to my 6 of 9 grandchildren the others are with the Lord. I've been watching your podcast for quite some and finally spoke up yesterday with your guest Marshall Sylver it was excellent! But today another AWESOME podcast that not only spoke to my intellect but also to my Heart! with tears in my eyes being so grateful that I've come to know both of you! You are such an inspiration to my life Thank you both so much! I'll be following both of you! Thank you! God Bless both You and Your Family! You truly are making a big impact on people's lives! Keep up the good work! Good and faithful servants! Thank you!🙏❤🙏🌈😂🎉⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏 God Bless!

Watched this video yesterday. Cleaned out and organized my kids rooms, cleaned my curtains washed my pillows, dusted etc etc .... Got up early this morning and started more house chores. Watching this video again. My Point, the content of this video is enriching no matter who you are or where you are in life at this moment. Not just for business owners. Although I am in the process of starting my own business I don't see this video as business content, I see it as life content. #BringTheJoy

This.............is the interview I have been waiting on....I saw Brendan Burchard at Dean Graziosi's live event "The Edge" in 2019, and his energy is insane! He connects with you in person like no one else...as he walked up and down the aisle he would absolutely look you in the eye and give you sincerity in his words. He is an incredible human and I am SO STOKED that you brought him on the show Mr. Mylett.

I love what he said about reverence for life. I was in Law Enforcement for 23 years, I saw quite a bit of death, as well as coming close to death in a few occasions. and I thank God everyday for another day to try to better myself. Thank you for this interview, I absorbed some tremendous nuggets of pure gold, that will help me in my business.

I now work out 7x per week at 35. I used to do 5x when I was 16 and chubby, and concerned about building muscle mass... but now that I am grown up and am not concerned about being built like Bill Goldberg at 6'3" 300lbs I work out 7x a week not because I am chasing some remote fantasy... I truly feel my most best and productive every single day I work out. If I miss a day I feel off. Maybe it's because I have had some seriously extreme workout routines in my history for those 20 years but I am having such creative thoughts and motivations within the past few years that I have worked out 5-7x a week that I would never go back. I am convinced the body requires a certain amount of movement, and the earlier in the day the better. I get up a 3:55AM Monday-Friday to go workout so I can be at the office ready to go at 7:30, and we start working at 8AM. I wouldn't have it any other way. I used to work out 2-3x a day back when I did the warrior diet in my early 20's in the Marines, but I just don't have the space to accomodate that with my work schedule today.
It amazes me that these kinds of "not-on-the-resume" things for companies don't matter. I'm about fed up with being paid and treated the same as the guys I work with performing at possibly less than half the capacity that I am going to seek out a company that rewards high performers. My history of working harder than needed to goes back to my childhood when I used to be paid on doing yard work and meticulously being shown all the small stuff I missed and having to spend excess time revisiting and redoing things I already did all the way back to age 6 or 7. If Ed knows anyone looking for someone in the IT or video entertainment industry (IT being what I have done professionally since 2004, video being my innate gift from god and I have several scripts to showcase and back that up (although I haven't had the nads to fully pursue it knowing how much it costs and relies upon connections) ) send them my way. I have been developing a Hydrogen Fuel Cell that attaches to any gasoline system vehicle and produces notable changes in both mileage and horsepower. I already have a 5 part video series that is partial commercial but 85% entertainment that surrounds the invention that is a standalone entertainment series of its own; a mini montage of advertisement. I don't know why companies with billions of dollars are wasting time still trying to sell/pawn off their products in today's age with 1986 tactics when they could instead just entertain the consumer with how well the product works. Such a waste of time, and that age-old model of advertisement paradigm is on the way out. Wayne Industries will set the record straight for the new era. Prepare to watch a nobody no one knows about pave a path the corporate entities with no balls follow because they're too big and too corporate to try to do something different out of fear for offending someone. Fear is weakness.

I've listened to some great interviews over the last few years with you this was my biggest note taker. I tried listening in the car but had to stop it because I couldn't write the points down. You actually make me want to change my career, and I love what I do so that's a huge compliment. All the emotions you talk about all the time I think people just don't know how to feel them, which sounds crazy because we all have them.
If I was in GOVERNMENT in Britian I'd make it a rule that people must listen to your podcast. Keep up the sensational interviews and from everyone that listens🙏🙏🙏

My two FAVORITE high-performance experts/coaches in one interview! To quote Luigi from Cars, "this is the best day of my life!" One highlight for me was the dialogue regarding scoring how we do each day and week. It's not enough to have goals and dreams, we need to be scoring/ranking ourselves to get the internal motivation to become the best version of ourselves. Such a great interview. I am so grateful to have a personal high performance coach - who says the same to me (tailoring the message). It’s made a major difference on how I approached this storm.

Wow, wow; this was So powerful. I especially enjoyed the last part. Where Brandon talked about having the opportunity to interview his father, before he passed. My father is sick, & this is something I Really want to do. That touched me, when I listened to this. Thank you both for being so vulnerable, & for sharing your personal stories, w/ your fathers!!

BOY,did I need to hear this today!! March 2020,my family members and I discussed what the long term repercussions of the lock-down might be and now....here we are....June 2023, still feeling MAJOR consequences. The biggest one has been people....not understanding character, work ethic, common sense, communicating with others, reliability. Really concerned about the USA as a country and our global community as a whole.
