To paraphrase what Sean said, too many people aren’t living in the present and being mindful and it’s ok to feel all the various emotions. I feel the emotions but yet keep them on the surface. It was such a strong impact to hear him say we NEED to feel our emotions penetrate into us so when we kneel down to pray we can take that emotion to God. Wow! My dream is to create a space for children where they can learn how to find internal happiness through nature & self healing. Awareness. I’m a fan of BB! One thing I learned from him was to learn where my process was weak. When I did that, I learned to delegate/hire people who could fill in the gap where I would lose momentum. It has stuck with me and now others find it a strength in me that I know when to get help, at any level. Thank you!

Why aren’t more people happy. I believe it’s because exactly what he said. They don’t know what it is. My dream is to create a space for children where they can learn how to find internal happiness through nature & self healing. Awareness. A lot of our kids unfortunately have more sadness before they even ever know what happiness is. If ever because of childhood trauma 😢.

9:40 Reminds me of this one night in Wisconsin state prison. My homie still has the letter I wrote just after I got transferred. "It's magical the way the full moon light reflects off the razor wire at night." The change in quality from county jail food to prison food was that good. haha. And all the food was a nightmare.
