33:20 That service to others is when the cup overflowith. Just gotta do like 51% effort of service to others and 49% effort service to self. It's like, just barely extend a little extra help. That's how to catch the spark. Hold a door for somebody. Honestly give a compliment with no expectations of feedback. Be lovingly grateful, extend gratitude to a stranger. All joyful expressions of truth. Then once I end up loving whatever I'm doing so much it overflow, I just gotta bring this gift to others! I'm an electrician. Doing electrical work is how I worship God. I keep it simple. Real simple. 120Volts simple. 15a receptacle simple. Flathead screwdriver simple. Observing. Simple. Expression. Simple. Devotion. For me, I know God is part of the equation and to leave that part out would be to only address a % of what makes me a winner. I can do all things through Christ who strengths me! GREAT EPISODE! I'm really excited that Brendon's back for a second time! I'm very passionate about personal development and about your content and interviews on social media!
I think most people who go through extreme challenges or tragedies come out on the other side asking these questions: Did I live? Did I love? Did I matter? I'll add to that: Was I significant to other people's lives? Did I use my gifts and passions to become the best version of myself and make a difference in the world? Did I fulfill my purpose that God put me here for?
We are constantly changing and growing in life. Ambition, desire, necessity and self esteem are behind most types of change.
We definitely need to develop high performance habits in order to maxout our success on all levels.
"The quality of the questions we ask ourselves determines the quality of the life we end up living."
I remember hearing Tony Robbins talk about that a lot.
I'll listen to the full episode on my daily walk. Thanks Ed for all you do for the world and thanks to Brendon for his ingenius optimal growth tips #MAXOUT from Israel

I loved this episode with you and Sean! Three things impacted me.
    1. The Golden Ticket. The quality of our questions impacts the quality of our lives.
    2. Consistently revisiting our intentions with clarity.
    3. What impacted me the most was your question,” why aren’t more people happy?”. To paraphrase what Sean said, too many people aren’t living in the present and being mindful and it’s ok to feel all the various emotions. I feel the emotions but yet keep them on the surface. It was such a strong impact to hear him say we NEED to feel our emotions penetrate into us so when we kneel down to pray we can take that emotion to God. Wow! How much more intense my prayers will be! I pray your whole community is going to find that same sense of peace. 🙏🏼

Why aren’t more people happy. I believe it’s because exactly what he said. They don’t know what it is. My dream is to create a space for children where they can learn how to find internal happiness through nature & self healing. Awareness. A lot of our kids unfortunately have more sadness before they even ever know what happiness is. If ever because of childhood trauma 😢.

9:40 Reminds me of this one night in Wisconsin state prison. My homie still has the letter I wrote just after I got transferred. "It's magical the way the full moon light reflects off the razor wire at night." The change in quality from county jail food to prison food was that good. haha. And all the food was a nightmare.
