Egypt's Ancient Secrets: The Trail of the Mummy

The mummy of the Egyptian priest Anchhor miraculously survived more than 2500 years. This documentary retraces Anchhor's steps, not only in life, but also in death. By investigating all aspects of the mummy of this Egyptian priest, we can still find out a surprising amount of information on daily life in ancient Egypt. But the documentary also shows us how lucky Anchhor was to survive up to the present day. Anchhor's greatest wish was to live forever and in a real sense he has.
