5 changes i'm making to my art business...

- hi friends so todays video is all about changes i am making to my small business going forward. every so often i like to revaluate my business and see whats working and what isnt for me and here are some changes i am making! i thought id share those thoughts in todays video just incase any small business owners are also interested in hearing what im doing and maybe can use this as inspiration or just food for thoughts! anyway enjoy the small business changes vlog, i hope you enjoy!
1 - i need to start creating stuff to a checklist of things i want to create for the month. sometimes i leave all my shop update goodies until shop update week and then cant fit in all the creations i actually want to make so i need to forefront my creativity.
2 - i need more time allocated to creating custom pet charms. talking to customers takes a while longer than anticipated and im feeling under pressure so changing this turnaround time is going to help me.
3 - i need to batch create. i need not be scared of things sitting in my shop. i dont need to sell out on shop update day/week.
4 - i need to move away from etsy and go back to my own solo shop! i used shopify before and really got on with it so bye bye nasty etsy fees (also hilariously got put on ANOTHER etsy temporary payment hold for 90 days the day after i filmed this video sooooo they've dug their own hole even deeper there!)
5 - i need to create more value style videos. i want to help other small business owners and give other people inspo to create a business from their art.

I love these changes! Now you will have more time to create, with not a lot of pressure and enjoy more the process :3 and yeah... Etsy is a little bit (a lot) annoying with the fees :C And I heard that they are closing shops randomly even with payments on hold.
