今次我們有幸請到東皇大酒樓的接班人Justin，為我們講講他家族這一道傳奇菜式。上世紀50年代，他的祖母徐炎珍創造了這道菜，由一個路邊攤做起，及後變身成東皇大酒樓的招牌菜。到底這辣椒蟹跟其他人的有何不同？東皇大酒樓的存在，對於Justin父子來說，不單是一盤生意，還有著對祖母、對家族的一種連結，就讓Justin親自跟大家介紹吧！

Hello. Can I ask for the recipe of crab with chili sauce. Coke .cola soft drink. right.
Sorry, we can't have the recipe too. The restaurant keeps as secret! I don't think they use coke for cooking. Ketchup is must!
Need to try it next time... Any discounts😅 recommended dishes apart from spicy crab??
Maybe they will offer some discounts after the pandemic. Soy sauce prawn is good too. Hope you can try it very soon.
