    Thank you so much for the information and the fact that Royal Caribbean accommodated you and switched your room. I've heard people give negative feedback about guest relations and folk make up their minds on one review. I've sailed seven of my eight cruises with Royal Caribbean and I learned that your cruise is what you make it. Hope you had an amazing time

    Thanks for the video..of course I’ll be on deck 7 next week..lol. If you can please make a video about how you get points in the casino for free and discounted cruises. Are you playing slots, blackjack or craps? Thanks and love the video!

If so, speak to Alex, the casino host and he will answer your questions and show you the list of instant free cruise certificates that you can earn based on how many points you earn during this sailing. Slots earns you the most points and fastest. Every $5 equals 1 point. With win/loss you can spend a little or a lot to earn enough points for a free cruise. You don't need to chase on us, so spend what you can afford to lose only. 900 points, sometimes less, will be enough for you to start receiving weekly comped cruise offers in your account that also gets emailed to you. You can check clubroyaleoffers.com/PlayerLookup.asp by entering your last name and crown and anchor # to see what, if any offers you have. First offers take about 2 weeks minimum to begin showing up in your account and offers are added on Sunday and Monday. Someone in the FB group forCasino Royale said you can play video poker (every $10=1 point) by playing $500 at $10/hand and with the back and forth for hours, you will earn a lot of points without losing much money, so that's an option too. The comments agreed that this works but just takes a lot of TIME. Main thing is, you aren't losing much money and can hit Prime (2,500 points and free drinks till April 1, 2026 and free cruise in April you van book Icon with) during a short sailing.

    This video is clearly an attempt to get a refund or a free cruise. Total Karen video. Mooches! To the rest of you reading my comment- we have been on this ship a number of times and it is incredible! Ignore these whiners. Can you believe Royal Caribbean went out of their way to change their cabin, sent them a bottle of champagne and they STILL post a negative video? These people are "those" kind of people- that seek freebies through complaining. Skip this video and find actual cruise experts.

      Freebie? It was already a comped cruise. There was nothing to get refunded other than taxes and fees and we didn't request either if you paid attention to the video. The issue was NEVER about compensation, rather about a pre-existing problem that was there in January when our family member was in the SAME cabin and got SICK directly as a result of this issue... then when we were in the same cabin in May (5 months later and 1 AFTER the ship returned to drydock to "fix issues Auth the ship"), the issue STILL remained and clearly was bad enough that after multiple attempts to resolve it (as shown in the video), they had to move us to a different cabin. Clearly in the video we stated that the champagne was a surprise and a very nice gesture by Royal Caribbean. We showed the issue, the attempts by Royal to correct it, the resolution offered, AND the extra mile went. That does NOT negate the fact that this particular room has this issue and others booked in that room may encounter the same issue. For someone who pays full price for that room to get moved to a new room that is NOT accommodating to their needs and NOT the same cabin category, YES they should be issued some type of monetary compensation, especially since this is a known problem that art the time of this recording was yet to be resolved. Not sure how you interpreted that we were seeking freebies, and since smell-a-vision still ceases to exist, you cannot tell from this video how pungent the odor was...however, clearly you saw it was a REAL problem that they made multiple attempts to fix and since ALL attempts failed, the only adequate solution was to change our room BECAUSE it was THAT bad... and we accepted that.
