Ric Flair vs. Eddie Guerrero in 2002, probably would of never happened if Stone Cold didn’t walk out of the WWE, since I think he was supposed to be Eddie’s original opponent.

The problem for most of Taker/Kane matches is that Undertaker won almost all of them. The problem with WM14 is that is needed to be a street fight. It makes more sense as they both portrayed to be super human. And rules would get in the way. Plus, Taker just had a Hell In A Cell and a Casket Match with Shawn Michaels. And both matches it developed the story with Kane.

    • @cesarborgia9240

Nope, the real issue is both guys are big men over 300 and 6'9 at least, and they have similar wrestling style in the ring. Thats mainly why they lack chemistry together.

    • @sweetpetergeda

Also I think kane losing to Undertaker at mania and then on the next ppv in an inferno match really made him look like a lesser star than Undertaker right from the start. Though I understand that the main goal for debuting the Kane character in the start was for him to lose to Undertaker at mania and then vanish away.

Seriously mate you're hilarious. I compare indie wrestling to alternative music. At one point in time during the 90's Kiss had another resurgence in rock music but meanwhile bands like Soundgarden, who were much better than Kiss, were still not as known yet were much better a band then kiss. Your outlook on wrestling is so pathetic it's absolutely hilarious. It's fine though I'm sure you get off on trolling people you don't know in person and would never come across in person through UA-cam of all places.

    • @Wurzelknecht
      @Wurzelknecht 6 років тому +2

Then again it worked with most guys and helped get good matches out of otherwise sub-par opponents. Hogan for example was always shit, so his matches with Flair are actually some of his best. Can't remember the Steiner matches though.

@@Wurzelknecht Flair had matches with Scott Steiner when he was younger in like 1991. He couldn't feed into some of Scotty's moves properly. The same thing can be said for Eddie Gerrero, he couldn't work Eddie's complex wrestling style. He could only give you an early 1980s Ric Flair match. That being said he made the most out of the raw athletic potential of Lex Luger and Sting who were never fans to begin with.

@@bigkon420 Sting may have loved the business but I don't think he was ever a great wrestler. He had great leaping ability. He could jump over the top rope, that's what I loved about Sting. And in turn would Warrior have worked with Flair.

Made the story believable. Simon do you hate fake brothers? How in the hell does Undertaker vs Kane on this list. That was the best feud of the Attitude era. They always had great matches, until 2010.

    Undertaker vs Kane was great.
But everyone else highly agree with. I think chemistry is also about storytelling in this format. Most great matches/stories pit polar opposites or similar characters against each other. Certain guys don't share the same space. Method Man and Limp Bizcuit, great, similar characters in different genres but it feels like they would cross each other. But Method Man and Macklemore would be terrible, same genre not opposite and don't share character traits. Yet Macklemore and Common would work.

I got one... It's good but like Orton x HHH,it could be much more = Kensuke Sasaki x Kenta Kobashi.

So technically this is 20 wresters that have no chemistry. But adding #10 it's like 60 wrestlers with no chemistry

I have to disagree with Jeff and Matt on this list. All their matches in Impact, especially their Full Metal Mayhem match, were amazing! Their chemisty was just fine, WWE just couldn't deliver with them. They keep a tight leash on there stars and dont really give them too much creative freedom during matches (unless your one of their legends or AJ Styles). Impact saw the fact that these two could do glorious things when they put their own minds to work, just like they used to in their backyard, and just let them take the wheel. So it wasnt their chemistry with each other that was bad, it was the fact that WWE just didn't let them have their fun.

it isnt about goldberg having no chemistry with people, it is about the fact that the guy cannot wrestle. he had zero chemistry with anyone and probably the best wrestling match he ever had was with DDP. wrestling had moved on by the time goldberg came to the wwe. people expected their top matches to be high quality by then and goldberg could never, ever achieve that.

Yeah putting Goldberg in here was kinda against the title of the video. The only reason why his 2016 run was more entertaining than his 2003 one is that by this point he was a nostalgia attraction and not a real roster member.

@@Wurzelknecht one thing that helped his Lesnar run was the fact it rubbed against the green and we saw Lesnar being smashed about instead of him destroy everyone but reigns

Yup. There was way too good talent to bury in 2003 on the WWE roster and no way was Vince going to let them look bad, especially Triple H. But I did like Goldberg 1998. In ring wrestling doesnt mean as much to me as some. I'm more about the characters.

Taker and Kain work best when they have an opponent who can bounce around. Rock isn't exactly the most athletic worker, so it just becomes a bit meh. Just look at what it was like when they made the Taker & Kain vs. Kronik match. Four good big-man workers with no one to bounce around is a complete dud.
