No, some people used to isolate their right mouse button using a program and making it a controller input to get aim assist, epic saw this and patched it.

@@Marc28031984 That's not the only problem, aiming is another one. If you have ever used a mouse before you know that you will be lifting it up allot. With your thumb on an analog stick this would end up sending you to the right every time you adjust the mouse.
@@DiamondScopezz for me learning kb&m seemed impossible and definitely not a 2 day process. I'm getting more comfortable with it now but it took a while. I would suggest anyone that has a PS4 controller or Switch or even Steam controller check out gyro aim. WAY more precise than stick aiming and that actually is probably a 2 day learning curve for someone used to cntroller. seriously look up gyro aiming here on YT. you won't be sorry.

When I say a lot better what I mean is I'm pretty much comfortable using kb&m now. I'm just inexperienced and still hit the wrong keys sometimes and in games where there's lots of binds to remember I still have a bit of a learning curve sometimes but even with that I would never go back to traditional stick aiming. And one more time I'll use this opportunity to vouch for gyro aim, I think everyone should try it. It works really good and is a lot closer to kb-m than regular stick. Also sometimes it's just a fun way to play and I don't feel I lose too much using it over using the mouse. My 2 cents. Peace and happy gaming people. Oh and one more thing, if anyone does try gyro aiming please look into something called the flick stick. Gyro aim + flick stick is a match made in heaven when you want to just sit back relax and game especially couch gaming this is better to me than kb&m. I've had a mouse my whole life and I've always wanted something like this. In fact I bought Sandio 3D game O2 mouse which had 3 sticks on it, not just 1. However the problem was that they were clicky 8-way digital switches. What's worse is that the support was terrible, where you really only had the option of using their 3rd party software to have each direction press a key.

@@Lanurus still not 360° movement. However, you can achieve 360° movement on a keyboard by making 2 binds for the same direction. For example, 2 keybinds to move right, lets say d and b. You hold w d and b and you gain access to controller movements
I am currently allready playing with the wierdest key binds you could imagine (I walk with Q forward, A backwards, W right and S left). This mouse would make it possible to get even moren optimal settings. Nice of you that your giving this amazing thing away! Stay healthy

Actually he didn’t do anything there’s tons of mouse like this and controlling aim and movement with one hand is odd... the Azeron Wasd alternative is a better option for your left hand and to simply use a normal mouse or if your really struggling you can use both and be like a controller! With 2 joysticks on each hand!

There has been a hybrid keyboard by a small polish company called azeron out for like 2 years. They have upped their production in the last 6 months due to popularity by the fortnite youtuber beaks. They have defenitely a valid product u can buy right now with a custom software etc. check their site www.azeron.eu
When I first got into PC gaming I had a very hard time switching to WASD. I ended up buying a number pad with just 0-9 + num lock all that stuff. I fixed a wing of a Ps3 controller to it so I could hold it with my left hand firmly and comfortable. I bound all the movement keys to the number pad so I could run my thumb around on it. would have been more like 8456 instead of WASD. Great build and thanks for sharing.
It's crazy how much I relate to your story. I've been a console gamer my whole life and am comfortable with my controller. I have a gaming PC and have had even week stents of forcing myself to use keyboard and mouse but still could never get used to it. I loved how snappy and crisp aiming with a mouse felt but hated the limited movement of WASD. Most people get past it and or don't have a problem with it at all but that one thing always got in my way and every time I would play any game on keyboard and mouse whether it be fortnite, apex legends, you name it. It was always in the back of my mind that I could be doing better if I was using a controller which made it very easy to switch after having bad games and then immediately popping off when picking up the controller again. It's a shame that fortnite is the only game this is compatible with but none the less I am very interested in your creation and also the future of the idea.
This could also help me a ton. I developed finger pain from working construction (not sure if carpal tunnel or arthritis) and using WASD is hell for me. I can type, play guitar, use a controller, etc, just fine as long as I stay relaxed and stretch my fingers occasionally, but for some reason, WASD just hurts. Like I said though, typing is fine, so with this, I could remap my keyboard to use much more ergonomic keys, and keep my left hand more free floating on the keyboard rather than having to keep my fingers on WASD and I would bet this would feel way better for me.
Tech Yesterday yeah I started watching your channel about one year ago when I was getting into building my own pc, I ended up getting lucky and finding a pc with a watercolled i7 4790k on the natures strip 😂 it had all Corsair fans I bought a Gtx 970 for $150 AUD to replace the broken one it came with (it was bent and the pcie slot it was in had snapped off) and an ssd for like $80 so I’m basically just extremely lucky. Love your content and I have been locking for a cheap optiplex to build a cheap pc for my brother but the used market is so saturated so it’s hard to find good prices anyway sorry for writing a full essay on you.
Battlefield 3 let you use controller and mouse at the same time too. I used to use both at the same time. I had my left hand on the controller's movement joystick and my right hand aiming with the mouse. It worked out ok. I think Cyberpunk lets you use both inputs too.
After going M/K I could never go back to a controller. I’ve tried and it’s just so foreign to me now after 3 years. You only gave m/k 2 hours? I’m sure you would have adapted if you really gave it a shot.
@@dapyzzz4209 No as the analog stick sits perfectly where the side buttons sat. If you can aim while using the side buttons on a mouse then the analog stick will be no different.

Imagine spending days to do this instead of trying the keyboards buttons, well yeah if your keyboard is Anti-Ghosted it should pretty much work if u hold WD at the same time tho those people who don't own a keyboard and mouse. @ReadingPit1 That is true but if you didn't know you can get controller movement on WASD, just bind right and left to any key on the shortcut tab and then press W + A or D + the key you binded on the shortcut one
I think the stick would be better for aiming alongside the mouse, reminds of Splatoon 2, you could use the right stick for quick sloppy flicks and 180s, with gyro aiming for more precise aim with use of your wrists and forearms. This mouse is basically that.
I play Fortnite on mouse and keyboard and I find it really hard to have easy binds to make me a better player. If I win this mouse, it would make me a better player and make my life easier while playing. I always enjoy watching your videos.

Like many in the comment section the controller movement vs keyboard is something I noticed overtime with years of gaming.great example is GTA5. feels amazing driving with a controller but switch back to shooting with a mouse and keyboard. with the steam controller I feel like I can set it up to do most keyboard commands in one hand and use my mouse for the other
for gta i bound my 1way "joystick" and thumb buttons, of my roccat tyon, to left stick cuz its sometimes hard to aim from car while beeing in full control of car movement

This could also help me a ton. I developed finger pain from working construction (not sure if carpal tunnel or arthritis) and using WASD is hell for me. I can type, play guitar, use a controller, etc, just fine as long as I stay relaxed and stretch my fingers occasionally, but for some reason, WASD just hurts.
Like I said though, typing is fine, so with this, I could remap my keyboard to use much more ergonomic keys, and keep my left hand more free floating on the keyboard rather than having to keep my fingers on WASD and I would bet this would feel way better for me.
I'm interested in that mouse for sure. That is incredible

Tech Yesterday yeah I started watching your channel about one year ago when I was getting into building my own pc, I ended up getting lucky and finding a pc with a watercolled i7 4790k on the natures strip 😂 it had all Corsair fans I bought a Gtx 970 for $150 AUD to replace the broken one it came with (it was bent and the pcie slot it was in had snapped off) and an ssd for like $80 so I’m basically just extremely lucky. Love your content and I have been locking for a cheap optiplex to build a cheap pc for my brother but the used market is so saturated so it’s hard to find good prices anyway sorry for writing a full essay on you.

Battlefield 3 let you use controller and mouse at the same time too. I used to use both at the same time. I had my left hand on the controller's movement joystick and my right hand aiming with the mouse. It worked out ok. I think Cyberpunk lets you use both inputs too.

@@dapyzzz4209 No as the analog stick sits perfectly where the side buttons sat. If you can aim while using the side buttons on a mouse then the analog stick will be no different.

You can just hold 2 keys at once to move diagonally. E.G (W and D)

Theres a difference between diagonal and 360 degrees movement. People on kbm use dual movement keybinds to get the 360 degree movement
Utilizing 2 fingers to move sideways is horrible. WASD is out dated.
@@techyesterday4960 i play Competitive fortnite on middle east servers. I recenty changed my binds to get used to dual movement keybinds which gives use total 360 movement. Its hard and im still tryna get used to it . It would be great and helpful if you can contact me and give me a prototype. I used to stream on youtube with the name Scoped12X. If you need a prolevel gameplay i can record and give it to you with a handcam and ingame too.

Imagine spending days to do this instead of trying the keyboards buttons, well yeah if your keyboard is Anti-Ghosted it should pretty much work if u hold WD at the same time tho those people who don't own a keyboard and mouse. Its pretty much when you can touch more buttons at the same time without it locking onto justt 1 key.

On WASD you actually have 8 directions and not 4

@ReadingPit1 That is true but if you didn't know you can get controller movement on WASD, just bind right and left to any key on the shortcut tab and then press W + A or D + the key you binded on the shortcut one
I think the stick would be better for aiming alongside the mouse, reminds of Splatoon 2, you could use the right stick for quick sloppy flicks and 180s, with gyro aiming for more precise aim with use of your wrists and forearms. This mouse is basically that.

I play Fortnite on mouse and keyboard and I find it really hard to have easy binds to make me a better player. If I win this mouse, it would make me a better player and make my life easier while playing. I always enjoy watching your videos.

I played Fortnite on controller for 1 year+ switched to a pc & keyboard & mouse and 6 months later I earned money in the winter royale. I would love to try this out and see how much more I can improve with the optimal keys this would give me.

You can still move in 360 degrees with keyboard. You just have to hold 2 keys instead of 1.
You can also remap keys to wherever you want.
You're right. A lit of PC gamers can do that easily but for people who are migrating from a controller to keyboard. It might not be easy.

Like many in the comment section the controller movement vs keyboard is something I noticed overtime with years of gaming.great example is GTA5. feels amazing driving with a controller but switch back to shooting with a mouse and keyboard.
with the steam controller I feel like I can set it up to do most keyboard commands in one hand and use my mouse for the other
for gta i bound my 1way "joystick" and thumb buttons, of my roccat tyon, to left stick cuz its sometimes hard to aim from car while beeing in full control of car movement
