What do I Respect the most about Cory Wong? Is it his Virtuoso Guitar Playing? NO! Cory is a Very GOOD Guitar Player (while not being a virtuoso) but that's not it. His Guitar Tone is Great (all of them)! He dresses good, looks good on stage and performs Very Well, but that's not it either. The thing that is Most Impressive and would been one of the biggest qualities Cory has besides his Guitar Playing that "CHET ATKINS" would have Loved about this guy, is his ability to write great melodies and put together World Class Bands that (without himself singing one musical note) make his Fans get on Airplanes just to go see him! That's a Priceless Gift From GOD!!!

The middle solo section 2:50 on is so tasty! Sadly, that sensational line is not on "Frogville" on the album Motivational Music for the Syncopated Soul :-( . The live version on "Live in MPLS" (go watch the entire concert, so great and funny) is called "Frogville // Airplane Mode", so maybe "Airplane Mode" is the name of that musical theme. Or maybe it's titled "Mark Knopfler and Nile Rodgers, I am your son come to usurp you."
And just to make it more confusing, Cory Wong's earlier track "Starks and Ewing" includes part of "Frogville." Damn instrumentals :-)
That main hook reminds me of Electric Gypsy by Andy Timmons - I say reminds, it’s the same thing lol
