I love Elvis talking, and I could listen to him all day!!! He was a great singer, he had a kind heart, and he was a very spiritual person, and I love his gospel music as well as his rock n roll songs😊
Wow!!! That is a lot of songs Elvis had to go through!!! He worked very hard for his fans!!! Love Elvis!!!💙 ❤️ 😍 💖 There will never be anyone like him!!! ✨️✨️✨️👏👏👏✨️✨️✨️💯💯💯
CHECK OUT: Elvis' Mc Donald's TV Commercial . . .I seen Elvis from waist up on the Ed Sullivan Show, when I was 3 MONTHS old, and been a "F A N" every since. . .
I would have loved to have heard Elvis sing the Dolly Parton song 'I Will Always Love You'. Dolly said that Parker wanted the rights to the song but she wanted to keep it in her catalog. Dolly said that she cried all night long because Elvis didn't get to sing her song.
He had that deepish voice. I loved listening to it. He told things as they affected him. Most not so good. Didn't talk down to people. Everyone wanted to talk to him. Charley was his good friend. Elvis was truthful never put people down. Had a busy schedule so couldn't have women.except his backups.around.
That was a good interview it’s such a shame that he never got the best songs through the col being so greedy wanting all the rights so the people who wrote them lost all there rights to there songs
@@Daffy-w8i It was Partly Elvis‘s choice and I think he understood as a business decision in a lot of ways it made more sense. But after a while it just became not a good decision that he went along with Colonel Parker. Although if you think about it how many more records would he have sold with better songs I would argue that he would sell more but if he didn’t on the publishing he wouldn’t make any money at all for the recordings.. Or very very little
BUT! In the end, "parker" LOST ALL HIS rights to the Albums. . .like the Talking Album, HE recorded through HIS Boxcart Company where HE got 100% of income, Elvis no percentage.
I know there were contracts, people to pay, people pulling the strings, people pressuring him etc and that Elvis was from the start very humble and respectful. Sometimes though when I hear him talking about what he had to do, could or couldn't do against his will, I just wish he would have remembered who he was. Elvis Presley. A guy who went out on his own, took a last minute cross country commercial flight to Washington simply because he felt like it, to see the president with no invitation and with no pre warning other than a scrap note of paper he handed to someone at the gate. Next thing you know he's in the oval office presenting a gun to Nixon as a gift and having photos taken with him.
I just read Jerry Schillings book this weekend, he tells that story and how much of a responsibility it was keeping him safe with no assistance. Elvis had actually been refused to get on the aeroplane by the first steward, even with his firearm licence when the pilot ran after him to say yes he could board the plane. You can imagine what might have happened if he'd had been stranded with no security and no money at hand (he never carried cash).
Who are these guys that interviewed him? Like what are their names? I always love the questions they asked him I remember listening to a full length interview but I don't remember these questions. I wonder if they were able to speak with him on more than one occasion. I feel like the questions they ask him are real and in-depth.
Hey Joe, I just want to say in one of the videos or one of the photos you showed my friend Nicola is in the photos with Elvis and she won’t be that hard to find you find the picture young girl with a yellow top shorts with a guy with a blue shirt and blue jeans with a girl in the yellow top and the skirt and shorts that’s Nicola and she has that photo of her and Elvis not the other guy in the picture I’ve just heard and Elvis has a profile picture on her Facebook page
everyone has two different images be it a professional one and a private one Elvis was no different he was Mr entertainer and give the public / fans what they wanted behind close doors I think he was very loney at times but I loved him.
One of the songs he really missed out on, that he really wanted to do was by Dolly P. The colonel got greedy and Dolly couldn’t make the deal with Elvis and it really hurt Elvis and Dolly,I can’t think of the name of the song but it was a hit,Whitney Houston sang it, it might have been, “I’ll Always Love You” Elvis sang it to Priscilla the day they got Divorced…

After 35 Elvis had snow white hair. Ronny Tutt said he looked awesome with it.
I've always wanted to see a 50 year old Elvis with grey hair, maybe a beard with some streaks lol. He was beautiful head to toe ❤
TCB Pastor Bob!

Bob wishes he was that cool.
