Uraia,I just love watching your you tube videos especially the Fijian swears.I am a Fijian living in the Middle East.Haven’t been home to Fiji for so long. Keep making more videos bro.
You bringing me back memories from my childhood back when I was a kid in Micronesia. I’m now here in Texas and these are the memories I cherished the most. Every videos you posted is exactly how we were and still is back home in the islands. Thank you for posting and please keep them coming.
Being generous - dropping off those school kids at their shores is an amazing experience and it will not leave their young minds , remembering my folks used to help cart us in their fiber boats after school. All good experiences. 👍👍🤝🤝💙💙❤️❤️ Awwwww I think he may have had a small fish hook -- well at least you both tried. 👍👍

Can't wait for the real actual trolling ma brother where you catch some yellowfin tuna for sashimi with the family especially your funny couz.. "the sunset is going up", in one of your videos you made as he said.... Take care bro and God bless..👍👍
Uraia n boys, the stuff that comes out of the sea cucumber, samoans drain that into a glass coke bottle n we 😉 enjoy that stuff..we samoans call it 'sea...its really good...
Uraia, all I can say is: Joeli was not wearing his usual Fiji Bitter shirt... Better luck next time! If I recall, Fiji Bitter isn’t too bad of a beer either.
@@uraiatabua Well next time in the area I’ll have to get my hands on Fiji Gold & Navuti Yaqona ... Better yet have someone near the Fiji Water source to make a batch of Friiji Beer! Alas, I have watched all your videos now and still have awhile before the harvest videos!? The banter between you and your cousins reminds me of times with my friends of several different native groups - Each may have different tactics to live in their particular environment - but it is always being in control of your area, community and of course music & humor to get by... Vinaka ❣️
This is probably by far to late, to ask this question, but I‘ll try anyways: when they say bye to the kids, the word sounds like „mathe“, which sounds exactly like the word „mathe“ I learned pretty close by, on the other side of Moturiki, on the Island Caqalai, to announce, that I‘d finished my bowl of kava. And at that time I was told, it means „empty“. Was this just an explanation for the foreigner from Europe, and it actually means „bye kava“, or does the word just sounds similar? Or does „mathe“ has two meanings in Fijian (bye and empty), depending on the situation?

Bula bro. How did your family end up in Denmark?
Bula my mum married my father who is Danish 😊
We’re is your village located sir
Bula Mafi, the village is located in Moturiki Island in the Lomaiviti Province 😊
I think it's the lure that you guys used for trolling.
Edit: to attract fish
Thank you Alanieta 😁

Misi vakadua
Misi saraga 😂
I don’t think it’s trawling. To trawl means to pull a net through the water. This is handlining.
There is trawling which you have explained and there is trolling which is shown in this video. Though it is village style trolling. 😊
Tiko vinaka
