At rank 0 Arcane Energize would be like picking up 2 energy orbs instead of one giving 50 energy instead of rank 5 giving 175. If you're using Nourish I'd say it's still good but if not just swap it out for energy nexus and use any other arcane you prefer, for damage or survivability
The Torid incarnon would typically deal more damage per second so in most cases it would be better especially if you have a riven. The Tenet Glaxion is kind of a lesser version of the torid, but it's still super fun to use.
