My friend gave me some good advice about masking. Once the masking is down, airbrush the area with clear. That way if there is any bleed-under from the airbrush application, it'll be clear. It helps keep the masking pretty sharp.
I have the original Macross robo tech Battle Fortress that transforms I bought it back in the eighties I used to run home from school also and watch it in the afternoons
Sorry you can't get the audio. I used Tamiya panel line accent. The brush is built into the cap. It's really some great stuff to work with! Hope that helps, -John
You're not wrong. There's an interesting story behind the whole thing. Mainly having to do with Harmony Gold buying three different series and mashing them together for US audiences. The US version was introduced side by side with the model kits. -John
@@starsiegeplayer yeah, back in the 80s it was not uncommon to smash together multiple anime. The reason being that the individual shows were too short to meet the 65+ episode syndication requirement for animated shows in America at that time.

Hey thanks! I'll definitely try that out!

I never had the toys, but I wish I had. Such a fun series.

So…at my current location, I can not listen to the audio on this. What are you using, including the bottle, brush, and paint type to do the mat lines?

Is that even still in circulation? or special order
This was an eBay find. I've seen more of them in the ship configuration than the giant mech.

Robotech? all I know is that this ship in from Macross never bloody heard of Robotech.

American version was robotech... I think genesis climber mosepeda was the Japanese version.. I might be wrong but that's what I think it is
@@805driftrobotech was macross, southern cross, and mospeada with editing to make it seem like there was some sort of continuity.
I kinda figured but I wasn't sure because nearly all of their stories intertwine
