Paulaner is also from München. Berlin beer is generally pretty poor. Berliner Kindl with a shot of raspberry syrup is good with roast suckling pig, but that’s its own thing. If you were thinking St. Pauli, that’s from Hamburg. The big six breweries in München are Hofbräu, Spaten-Franziskaner, Augustiner, Hacker-Pschorr, Paulaner and Löwenbräu

I can smell that beautiful bread! I have been attempting to make sourdough for a year now with some success. We travel away in our caravan and I have been making frypan sour bread bread as we don’t have an oven. Is that one of your homemade jams also Joe? Cheers from Australia love your channel.

That was enjoyable Joe. A mistake I had been making was putting a lot of extra flour when kneading the dough. I will be investing in a dough scraper. Maybe try the sourdough some day as well . Cheers

It probably sounds a little bit silly, but we do not cook on top of the oven. We actually use the oven. Just a little bit of a correction, and most people wouldn’t know. I am not a cook.
