Thank you so much for making this video!!! My husband and I were struggling to understand the illustrations provided by our clinic to figure out the injection site and starting to panic... This video was so helpful! THANK YOU!
Does it matter if you Ice the area or not? Like would icing not allow the medicine to penetrate inside the muscle correctly? What causes occasional lumps? Does lumps occur rather you Ice or not?
Don’t be nervous at all, don’t follow this video because there are better methods on both procedure and recovery. The shot itself will be exactly like a booster shot, or any traditional vitamin shot which are both painless however after the shot you may experience swelling (at the injection site) soreness, headaches, nausea (rare) and vomiting (rare) the first three are common. Be sure to use any pain reliever to reduce pain, ice packs (in case of swelling) and heating packs. (To reduce inflammation) (if any) also important note: be sure that the shot be done into the middle of the cheek of any side and not the upper left or right as that will be extremely painful and could cause serious damage. If you have any questions be sure to ask ❤
you prolly dont care but if you're stoned like me during the covid times you can watch all the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. I've been binge watching with my girlfriend for the last months :)
While injecting progesterone in oil I once hit my nerve and felt bad pain while injecting and since that day some part under my buttock got num and it’s been now 1 month still that part is num don’t feel anything ... is their any treatment or home remedy to get rid of that numbness.
AWESOME! I was "taught" to do these injections but your really helpful in the "remembering" in between injections! Great Teacher! I love your down-to-earth attitude ~ Wished I'd have had a few RN instructors like yourself instead of the angry old bats that wanted to EAT US! Thanks again
Thank You So Much! ..... You're video is GREAT!!! So much more clear and easier to follow than clinic's animated video

Does it have to be 1.5inch length? I am 110lb so not to much cushion there. I have been using 1inch. Should I use longer needle? Thanks
Hi! Did you ever get a confirmation on using the 1 inch? I’m wondering the same thing?
@@cindysmith4919 no but I used 1 inch needles and realized the med wasn’t absorbing as much and had more bumps so I switched back to 1.5 inch
