  • Ingredients
    500 grams Lapu lapu
    pechay
    1 big potato
    3 cups rice water (hugas bigas)
    1 small onion (sliced)
    3 cloves garlic (minced)
    1 thumb size ginger(sliced)
    fish sauce and pepper (to taste)
    Procedure
    1. Fried the fish, set aside after.
    2. Saute ginger, onion, garlic and potato, cook for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Add rice water, pepper and fish sauce to taste, cover until it boils.
    4. Add the pechay stem, fish and lastly the pechay leaves. cook for 15 seconds. Turn off fire.
    5. Serve.
