Before You Buy A Hidden House

Are you thinking of buying a unique, one-off house?

Hello, another interesting video, thank-you. A general question about architects: Is it usual for an architect to charge a % up front when starting work for a new client?

Architects in the UK are free to set their fees any way they see fit, there isn’t any “usual” way of doing it. As long as the fee is agreed in writing it complies with ARB.
