This totally reminds me of the fear I had as a kid when I accidentally stumbled into the level that a giant dinosaur leg would strike down from the sky and try to stomp on you lol
This game had so many gigantic levels. When compared to the first game, this is definitely one of the best game sequels you can ever hope to play. They have expanded the whole lore exponentially and have created far more complicated and elborated levels, moves and events. This was Rareware at its finest.
@@UltimateJustin94it's what people call a note that is super low. Like C0 and so on. Check out an instrument called Octo bass. It's tuned all the way down to like C0, you almost can't hear the note from how low it is. The brown note name comes from a myth that certain infrasonic frequencies can make you shit yourself, therefore, brown note.
This level scared me as a kid for some reason. I think it’s because the first few seconds of song sounds a bit ominous, and the dinosaur ambience made feel like I could get attacked by something at any moment.
Nope! It simply follows that you are probably fairly close to the type of player that Rare had in mind when developing Tooie, haha. According to the devs themselves, Zelda Ocarina of Time was a source of inspiration for Tooie in a way similar to how Super Mario 64 was for Kazooie. Like you I enjoy Terrydactyland just fine - I have more fondness for the larger interconnected world of 3D Zelda games than the self-contained stages found in 3D Mario. Even for those who prefer Mario might be more likely to enjoy Terrydactyland and the Isle O Hags as a whole if they let themselves drop the Mario association and treated Tooie moreso as an adventure game rather than a platformer
@@welshlout3400 I was more fond of big worlds too, especially with DK64, which made me like Tooie afterwards. I don't recall OoT having interconnected worlds though.
@@welshlout3400 what do you mean by interconnected worlds then? Worlds that are interconnected would mean that there are shortcuts between them, so you would say temples have shortcuts between themselves? They don't. If you mean the shortcuts of goron village to the lost woods or lost woods to Hyrule Field, that's in the overworld.

You're supposed to use "Although" when there is a contraction with a negative side to a positive side that will come after the coma. You can just say that you loved the backtracking and that the level was great, alongside the theme and its music.
