One question on the right of those coins you were showing from past auctions it had a census number (NGC)and population number (PCGS) if it said 230/1 and then a 0/0 what does that mean ?? Well we have a bunch of New graders all over whatnot. I have gotten so called high grade COINS no one wants do to PCI grading
