I got to play with the high school I'm going to (I'm only in 8th grade) and I was one of the two sausaphones there! We played this it sounded good but nothing like this. I love the brass and the whole back row of sausaphones is basically sensory overload for me
@jdakasf Exactly. I enjoy some of the music Southern plays but their arrogance in stating that they are the best band always amazes me. First off, there is no such thing as a best band. Too many different styles. Second, a Sudler Trophy would at least help put them in the running for when they make claims like that. Third, no one can say that show bands are never awarded the Sudler because FAMU in Tallahassee won in. People need to chill and appreciate this for what it is: MUSIC.
@jdkasf why can't I compare them. They play music just like any other band. Matter of fact they can either play or not. There are dynamics that are missing in this song. Su has a version on UA-cam , so go and look it up. Lai needs to work on this song a whole lot more
@jdakasf well if you had correct information the jukebox does not have 200 trumpets. we only march 170 people for your information. so get your facts straight. The HUMAN JUKEBOX is the best of the best and is also the best band in the country period
@RalphLaurenRocker98 well unfortunately for lsu they will never be the best because they are in the same city with the HUMAN JUKEBOX. as soon as i find the clip of us playing this song i will post it
The only difference is that we wrote this ourselves. The majority of Tiger Band songs are arranged by graduate assistants or the directors. We don't just play the same music everyone else does.
Tyler Lloyd More than likely one of the grad students arranged it, I know when I was there one of them did our "Crunk" (Halftime by the Ying Yang Twins) arrangement. You could give the band office a call and see if they would be willing to give or sell copies to you.
@worried1 I am a BIG fan of SU, and for LSU's band to be the type it is. I believe they sound good, but we all know the Human Jukebox reigns supreme ALWAYS!
I got to give it to those trumpets that's lots off hard work I played
thats not even high and im in highschool lol, we are a show band and play that high literally every day, its like normal to us.....
Alex Gonzalez but does it sound good
@@AlexGonzalez-ye9pc it still takes time
@@AlexGonzalez-ye9pc it’s not about the high notes, it’s about how they played as a whole
@@AlexGonzalez-ye9pc shut up no one cares
damn they sound good
The Southern states have great bands! Keep it up!
But the worst when it comes to racism
Unless you live in a small town that no ones barely heard of
@@IndigosClothing Louisiana is the least racist state in the south id say
@@IndigosClothing common statement but couldn’t be the least true. The south is not as racist as the internet makes it seem
@@jamesmcafee8456 Louisiana the most and least racist cuz you meet people who are prolly part black but say they’re white and fly rebel flag
lovely tone awesome dynamic contrast but I think they did it maybe a bit toooooo fast that was double time march tempo
yeah I understand, it is marching tempo. it wouldn't be as energetic if it was the original tempo for bands like this
+Andy Mayeux but don't you think it would have been a bit more powerful just a smidge slower
@@cameronwilliams9428 Nah this is perfect
I agree...I like to hear the trumpet fanfare drawn out a bit. It’s a beautiful entrance. I also understand the marching tempo though.
The horns came in strong, like that
Bass is strong, sounds amazing
Sounds better then all the other shit I been hearing on youtube
And this was in 2011 season, with the most amazing athletic defense anyone's ever had

Guessing you’re a junior? I play the Sousa to lol it’s a ton of fun plus we get the best parts.
Lucky 😂 I'm a 7th grade trombone
Damn bro u graduated high by now
Time flies
I’m sorry, I gotta say it. The cheers’ dance for All of the lights looks like they’re trying to stay relevant 💀
Dear god that brass sound is beefy! great job!

im a USC fan but this band is pretty good..one of the best
Beginning sounds good in .75 playback speed
I hate LSU but damn it I respect them.
SU not the only band in Baton Rouge I see
THAT'S THE SHIT you can hear every instument
Sounds good just needs to be a lil slower
The should let the tubas rock alone for a minute and then the trumpets!
This is HBCU quality very impressed.
Best marching band tune I've ever heard. Ever. Way to go GBFTL.
-UA MDB alum
anybody else get the good kind of chill watching this video?
Nice arrangement LSU!!!
get those cheerleaders out the way they aint doing anything special
Best PWI band there is. No debate. Ohio State better with the marches. But LSU is better with the arrangements in general.
TUBAS SOUND GOOD!!!!
This makes my little band heart so happy! :)
Sousaphones are delivering the power with balance. Well done

Damnnnn
@rwhit9351 point I'm making is that there are dynamics that are missing in the song period!!!!!!!!!!!
People do have the ability to copy music you know. But I know for a fact you don't have our music, because I'm in LSU's band.
so awesome
then the suit guy with the tie comes and ruins the fun... wtf... nice, but a bit quick though, and fire that guy with the white shirt and tie... OUT
You can't, it was arranged for Tiger Band by Tiger Band. They don't sell their music either.
conn tubas aint messin around

The only difference is that we wrote this ourselves. The majority of Tiger Band songs are arranged by graduate assistants or the directors. We don't just play the same music everyone else does.
@TheScinerio LSU's band department members wrote it so odds of finding it are little to none.
rwhit9351, I found a copy. Why you gotta lie to people.
TOO REAL

I'm trying to find this Version of all of the lights

mercedesbenzs05 What's their number??
Like the other guy said this was arranged by someone on our staff so you would have to contact the LSU band department. Just google it
