People saying risky for joints etc.. risky for someone that hasn't built up to this and done it there whole life . But for this guy with his level of conditioning and building up through easier variations when he was younger it's not a problem.
it's not risky for joints in fact it's the best way to build your joints and bones stronger and flexible, if done with progressive overload.
you don't have to do it your whole life tendons take months to improve and become tougher
The best part is that this guy is literally called Broman. What a machine!
