Just got my order today and it tasted amazing as I didn't have my morning cup of coffee. Waked me up but I think it made me sleepy as I took an hour nap afterwards. Guess it is the world's strongest coffee if it knocked me out.

I have tried the medium roast with quite a bit of hazelnut latte creamer and it tastes amazing just be ready for the kick that comes with it because I have been looking for something especially strong and I found it😁

I mean, are you SURE you know what you're doing? Because its actually the opposite.
I don't think they don't know that, but it's a very common misconception that dark roast has more caffeine because it's more bitter, and it's better from a marketing standpoint to roll with what the public thinks is true

What grind do you recommend for a chemex brew? For the medium roast
I would do a medium course grind, 38-40g beans to 600ml soft water at 205 degrees Fahrenheit. 100ml water for the bloom at 55 seconds, then 300ml pour, then top it off with another 200ml. Should take about 6:30 minutes

More ground than beans, less ground than dust. Probably hot. Hope this helps

By how much
" a lighter roast with the same amount of caffeine" you do realize that the lighter the roast the more caffeine???? The longer you roast the more caffeine you lose. I can't believe I have to say this to a coffee company.
I was thinking the same thing. I roast my own beans and yeah...the longer you roast, the more caffeine goes out. 🙄
I got a bag of free coffee from you guys at a concert years back and it was good. I recently saw a box of K cups in the supermarket and your prices are definitely really high when compared to others. While it was a good cup it wasn’t that good where I need to spend a little over double the price per cup. You guys just have a cool logo and that’s why a lot of people gravitate towards it in my opinion. It wasn’t anything different it’s still just coffee to me

Most overrated coffee I’ve ever had.This is basically mediocre coffee with too much caffeine infused into the finished product.Yeah! That’s what we need in this world! More substances that ‘Jack up’ the attitudes of people with bad attitudes!
There are SEVERAL BETTER COFFEE ROASTERS within a 20 mile radius of this place that don’t get the recognition that these hacks get.(BTW…I sold coffee for 23 years and saw the best and worst of coffee…this is sub par product.)
Well I am going to be honest,the expresso is stronger than death wise coffee. Even the blonde roast coffee at Starbucks is stronger and gjvd you ups,better than this coffee. I have bought at least t bags. And the workers at shell oil company like the Starbucks better
