Your pull/ catch drill has helped me with my 9 and 12 y/o daughters make the transition from hello elbow to IR pitching style, my oldest daughter was complaining of shoulder pain immediately after making the change, we realized she was still trying to push/ snap the ball and these drills helped her get a feel for the correct way the ball is released. Thanks
It absolutely can work for rollover! instead of working up the wall, practice moving over the top of a med ball, or bucket on it's side to feel that "over the top" feeling. I think they both are great, I go with whichever one is more natural to the pitcher. If I had to pick one, i'd go with the peel because it is just so easy! But it just doesn't work for everyone, which is totally fine.
Absolutely awesome! Thank you, coach!

I'm so happy to hear that! So great!
love the wall drill. Peel drop so much safer than the flip drop.
One of my favs! I'm glad you like it, peel has become a favorite of mine too!
Will this work for rollover drop, and which do you think is better?
