About the quick shift on this bike, it's the best I ever tried. Better than any BMW (had two already) and miles better than any triumph. And I wasn't expecting that

I can’t speak for past bmw’s and triumphs, but the ‘22-‘23 models that I demo’d seemed just a little bit crisper to me on the up-shift. Triumph being the better of the two by being slightly smoother. It’s kind of slicing hairs tbh but it’s just something I noticed riding them within weeks of each other. To each their own. Thanks for watching.

Sorry your ride didnt let you stretch the legs out on that bike i test rode it a few weekends ago at a demo day and fell in love i will say i went well over 100 it was all big bikes on my last ride. Lets just say i liked it enough im waiting on delivery of one

Yeah I wish I could have opened up on it some or at least tried out highway speeds. The demo people seemed like they didn’t even want to be there lol. It’s a fantastic machine from what I can tell.

Is the power controllable or does it feel like it’s going to wheelie in every gear ? Im thinking about trading up from a SV650 . I want power and wind protection but i don’t want anything that feels like its trying to kill me every time i twist the throttle. The most powerful bike ive owned was a mt09.

This bike is very fast, but won’t feel like you’ll die. It’s an inline 4 so the bottom half of the rev range makes it easy to control just riding around and passing cars. The upper half though will feel very fast compared to the sv650. It shouldn’t wheelie with TCS on.

So after riding all these bikes which one would you want to run out and buy right now if you didn’t have one?

I only got to ride the GSXS1000GT and Hayabusa at this event, unless you mean every bike on my channel?

You can change both of those relatively easily though.

if you are looking for a real review, talk to someone that OWNS one. I have a 2023 GSX-S1000 GT Plus.... great bike but does have a few issues. to start the engine does have vibrations. around 5K rpms the vibrations start to become more noticeable. the quickshifter isn't that great most times. sometimes it won't downshift at all without the clutch. upsifting on a bike without a quick shifter works just as good as with one. many other issues,, too many to list here. but it's still a great bike. Glad I got to get one.

This isn’t a review. It’s a demo ride as the title suggests. There’s only so much you can say over 15 min of riding it when you’ve never been on one before.

@BlackRiverRider never been on a 'demo' ride.. always been, seen it, liked it, bought it. Not many motorcycle dealers around here. I had to drive for 3 and a half hours to get to a dealer that had gsx-s1000 gt,, was looking at a Ducati Monster when I found the GT. I made the right choice. The monster was cheap junk.

@@redhytech This was a manufacturers demo event, so they tour around a bit. I had to drive about 3.5hrs myself just to get to this one. I’ve never been on a Ducati but people tend to either love them or hate them. One day I hope to ride a few of them to try. My favorite so far is a bmw r1250gsa
