in simple way!! self sponsored means when you pay the fee by your own (Family or Parents), company sponsored when a Corporation is providing sponsorship to the employee for higher studies or acquire new skills set, while working for company.. Then this is called company sponsored.... best example for this is, you have seen how udemy or coursera says that this big MNCs uses our course to train their employees with new skillset.. so this is company sponsor..
