Thanks for sharing. If you take the train from London Waterloo station, it usually takes under 30 minutes to get to Richmond. However, the fastest train only takes 19 minutes to get to Richmond. You can also take the underground tube (District line) from Richmond station to central London.

Richmond is a really nice area. But note that it's along the flight path, hence it can be noisy.
yes, sometime noisy till to midnight, so, I don't why the property is still high.
