11月呢個星期六，我哋趕喺日落前，走勻Kingston、New Malden、Sutton三條High Street，做咗幾個扑咪，有兩位帶住小朋友嘅女士（其中一位我覺得有啲似周慧敏）不約而同咁提到，High Street多咗吉舖，對於想創業嘅人嚟講，真係「飛雲嚟喇」。
今集再有Evan Fowler就住經濟、創業畀大家意見，會唔會為心裡面有盤大計嘅你，打咗枝強心針呢？
近年，多咗移英港人在英國創業，接受過我哋訪問嘅，有Bristol Great Bunnies Bakery Cafe、曼城幾位型男髮型師、曼城 Hea Toast and Dessert、香港奶茶王Eric、曾經做過港台嘅移英髮型師Emil等等。
佢哋跳出comfort zone、移英創業，實在不容易，希望佢哋可以在這片土地獲得成功，亦希望追求「夢想」或者「理想」嘅你可以堅持落去，大放異彩。

Kingston 係 Kingston borough 嘅市中心， 而New Malden 係屬於Kingston borough，所以根本New Malden 嘅 high street 無可能與 Kingston 或 Sutton 嘅 high street 相提並論

Chris 的英文口音越來越遠離港式英文(聽得出當中的努力)，and that's something really good when you are going to settle down in the UK. 另外當他談到小店存在對作為high street的重要性，似有弦外之音 (但我應該get到 😆)，anyway兩位繼續努力，加油！
It is deemed by the Brits that nothing can be more despicable than someone who cuts of his nose to spite his face. The more you ape to please the Brits, the more you are frown upon.

A) It’s not fish ship, it’s fishmonger.
B). A high street is a high street. Some are better than others due to the population whether they are middle or working class. No point in making comparison.
C). If you want to do a feature on high street, travel further to posh ones such as Hampstead, St John’s Wood, Dulwich, to cheap and cheerful like Brixton, Peckham, Lewisham. What’s the point of focusing places where there are lots of HK peoples. I thought the whole point of migration is to integrate with local population rather hanging at areas where there are lots of of HK people?

Sutton 是有一間韓國小店,就在fish monger附近’ 食物款式不能與New Malden 比, 家庭式石鍋飯、 小菜是有的。另外St.Nicholas 3 樓有 韓式小食店。

1:05 What's the difference between High Street and Town/City Center? Is High Street the real name of the street? Or does it refer to any street where shops are concentrated? Is it possible that there are multiple High Streets in the same city? Are there many empty storefronts there like in HK?
Mainly High Street is the real name of the street and it is also the busy area of that region or zone. But in Kingston case, the high street is not the busiest area there, but the town centre we mentioned in the video. Right there are many high streets across the country and mainly there is a high street in each town.
