i agree with u. Never had a problem with the front cover screen being narrow. It reminded me of the phones from the past albeit its taller. Anyways just pre-ordered it by trading in my fold 5 and got the 1 TB with a case and screen protector under 1000 bucks! Real happy a d can't wait!
I'm going to wait for the Fold6 slim/ultra which will have wider 6.5" outer display and 8" inner display.. hopefully it will came to the U.S... I know it won't have spen support but I don't care about that feature..and I have had the Fold2, Fold4 and Fold5 and never needed the spen, is more of a after thought ..
I went for an honnor magic v2 a few weeks ago. Even with magic os being less refine than one ui I just can't regret my choice. Samsung need to innovate again or the chinese brands will eat them alive.
Are there any fold phone users who have opinions on the crease in the middle?? Does it get annoying after a while and do you notice anything annoying with these types of phones?
I don't own any fold, I am just canvassing and waiting for a good one to switch to from my Ultra. But honestly, it's just so baffling and funny how every year, people say that the "crease" is less noticeable... and then they use their old fold as their reference. Like, do people not see how stupid it is to compare a USED fold vs a NEW fold, when comparing the crease? I mean, I'm sure if you compare a fold 5 that's been used for a year, vs a brand new one, you'll also say that "the crease is less noticeable.
After using these folds for 5 consecutive years now extensively, I can personally tell you that the crease feels significantly less prominent, and the same goes for the flip.
Flip 6 looks good since it also got the same crease reduction, screen brightness boost and premium matte sidings. I was hoping for a larger outer screen but I guess Samsung didn’t see that as a priority. Outer screen got some widget updates but that’s it
I'm so split! Just ordered the Watch 7 U and Buds 3 pro but got the new RAZR+. For the price i paid for the RAZR I could upgrade my Fold 5... UGH! It's annoying having 2 phones BUT I LOVE the look and feel of the RAZR. I know they're not on the same playing field spec wise but I look for nice hardware on my phones
Someone, please remind samsung that we don't want refinement. We want innovation! I'm skipping the z fold 6 and keeping my 5... but the watch and the earbuds are already pre ordered.

The slightly larger cover display and SD8 Gen 3 are appealing, but I'll stick to my Fold 5 for now.
I'd consider a fold if the outer display was 1:1 like normal s24 ultra but sadly it's not the case..

The inner screen is phenomenal but the outer screen needs works should have been a bit wider
