That skin colored anime dama is definitely from the anime Ultimate Muscle. Also I would definitely want that Yata man toy kendama, you didn't even mention that you can swivel the cups!

The dama headed toy at the start is a character from an anime called MUSCLEman or kinnikuman in Japanese, it's about wrestling. The main character is the one at 08:23, that's a kinnikuman shaped ken. Hope It helps.
The dude shaped one I think is from M.U.S.C.L.E. things or the Japanese toy line That was based on. They had a cartoon and a wrestling ring set you could get. That guy looks like the very generic "MUSCLE MAN" 🙄 the bad guys leader was "Teri-Bull" 🤦♂️🤣
