I have advanced coursework in living in crummy places (GC/ STL and Chicago), and it drove me out into the hinterlands of a better, less rent seeking state. Good luck sir.
@@udon44 Brother, that is the point, you do, or rather, did have people like me. The GC of my youth was a 40k strong community and now it's what 28k. The STL metro combines a pile of unattractive attributes, and people have feet. Humans move on when it benefits them. I didn't want to raise kids in the town, full stop.
@@Bunnicula71 it isn't all junkies and abandoned building's. It has went down hill because cowards like you run and move from your hometown when things start to get bad and then they get worse because you run and give up. GC is better off without you!
