This past July my dad bought me my first car, well this exact variant of a 2014 Charger. SXT, AWD, Dark Grey, Same Wheels, Leather Interior, Beats Audio, and etc. It lived in Iowa for most of its life and has 64,000 Miles from two owners. However, it does have its issues. The main issue is it clunks a lot! I have no idea what it could be, it’s never consistent when it occurs. We will take it to a dealer to see what it could be after the transmission shop didn’t know what it was. My best guess is it’s the differential. Other minor issues are/were three door dings (got one completely out), minor scratches on the trunk lip & around the doors & especially the wheels, a bunch of rock chips on the front, and missing an owners manual and carpeted floor mats. Otherwise the rest of the car is in pristine condition, especially the interior! We bought it in Chicago and drove it all the way back home to SE Michigan. It was a surprise, because my dad said he found the perfect C7 Corvette in Chicago (which he found and bought 5 months later (matches my car)). I somehow didn’t see the surprise coming, even though all the signs were there lol. Definitely a day I won’t forget! I plan to make minor modifications. I already installed Xenon Headlights to replace the crappy yellow old ones with some weird liquid in them. I’m definitely going to by Carpeted Charger Floor Mats for the summer and already have bought and used/using heavy duty Husky Liners for the winter. I will also buy a 2014 Owners Manual for the car. The only mods I might make would be a better exhaust and possibly slight performance upgrades. Otherwise I want this car to be mostly stock when it becomes a classic car someday! So no removing badges, logos, wheels, etc, unless they are damaged so I can replace them. Thought I should share because this car is one year older than mine and is almost identical.
@@ottorocket1764 so far it's been very reliable, if your not going crazy with it, I do like to have some fun though sometimes and have taken it out to the track so I can legally go very fast but fairly reliable, decent gas- getting almost 19 city and 30+ on highway- brakes were never changed and worn so had to replace- watch for your thermostat, cuz mine got stuck open but was extremely easy to replace and now is way better, check the CV axle before you buy depending on miles, some idiot tore mine before I bought it but it replaced now, I think I will get alot of life from this car ☺️ very happy with it- definitely get AWD for all weather conditions, that makes even better
