Actually the FBI Truck was used in a mission in the beta version of San Andreas, the mission was called "The Truth is out there", there is also a reference of this mission in the license plate of the Mothership.
You can actually get the Andromada but using cheats, so when you start stowaway you activate the blow up al cars cheats and the mission will fail. Then you spawn/get a tank and push it in you garage, and now you have the amazing Andromada.
Actually you can drive the Andromada, but in order to obtain it, you have to start the mission Stoaway and after the cutscene, you have to drive halfway along the runaway and exit the game. You also have to take out the tab and then you have to resume the game. You might have to do this twice though. WARNING: Don't go to the west side past the runaway or else the cutscene will play the Andromada taking off resulting you failing the mission. Tested on Android version.
What about the "News Chopper"? The only way to get it is by getting on top of one of the yellow dock cranes and waiting for them to fly in and get trapped, then hijack them.
You can also get the mothership camper in riot mission without failing it.What you have to do is after the cutscene get out of sweet's car and get in the mothership, then drive it to your grove street's garage of your house,get out of the garage and then go back again and then drive sweet back to grove street.Sorry for long comment
Another way to get the SWAT tank is to drive it to the San Fiero Docks then use the crane there to "dip" the vehicle in water(without releasing the crane's magnet), the game will consider it destroyed, fail the mission and then you can hoist it back to dry land and do whatever you want with it including saving it in your garage. Takes way longer, but if you're doing a no death run this means you can still get the SWAT tank.
There is a Beta mission called "The Truth is out there", in that mission appears the FBI Truck. But that mission was eliminated. I think because it's almost impossible, there is many enemies and The Truth's damage bar increases very fastly. The only way to get a minimum chance to pass that mission is having a rocket launcher or a Minigun, if you not have it that mission is impossible.

You Can Get Andromade on Android/iOS when you go to air port fly to any state but dont skip landing then when you just hit the ground quit the game and then rejoin and you should see that you are in that plane and you can fly with it

You can get an andromeda i think you need a minigun when you start that mission when you chase it with a bike destroy the andromeda and then push it with a dump truck in the hangar when the door closes it will fix itself but you wont be able to fly it becuase fixed engines have a hitbox.

Wait, did you manage to get Andromada on PC? Pretty much everyone on gtaforums says that it's unobtainable, lot's of knowledgeable players have confirmed this. Even I tried to get it numerous times, but I have never managed to do it, wreck disappears too fast. It would be great if you could make a video or something, if you post this on gtaf (assuming you have an account there) you will prove to everyone that it's possible. :) It makes me want to try get Andromada again as I saw your comment :P
Don’t forget about the bulletproof white Feltzer. You can get it by failing to rescue Sweet at the near end of “End of The Line”. It’s probably the most fastest and nimble bulletproof vehicle you can get! 😏
They should of made it that when you complete the vigilante mission the swat tank and fbi truck spawn in ganton next to the highway. Aswell as increased armour.
I got the Mothership from Riot without having to fail the mission. What I did was to take the Mothership to the safehouse nearest to Mad Dogg's crib and then got into Sweet's car to finish the mission. The paintjob remained on it.
Don't say that you can only get Motherhood in these two missions. There's Black Project too, and Mother ship obtained during that mission is far, far superior to ones shown here since it's AP (bulletproof/crashproof/fireproof/explosionproof)
the andromeda is acheivable in ps2 and xbox versions. right at the little scene before the andromada takes off use the all vehicles blow up cheat and the trucks surrounding it will blow up but the plane will still be there for you to fly

To get the swat tank you can just park it in your garage and place 2 satchel charges in so it can be bulletproof and fireproof

It is possible to achieve the Andromada using the dupe glitch but that takes a lot of hastle

The reason why the FBI truck is in the game but only with mods it's because a beta mission you do with the truth you save him in a helicopter and go through the FBI trucks.

I think you guys forgot the Buccaneer, one of the most rarest vehicles in San Andreas.
MattyferSVK I found it in a multi story car dealership in San Fierro by the Gant Bridge just drive by the police station underneath the bridge and keep driving and on the left should be a glass multi story car dealership with stairs it sometimes spawns there...
I keep finding it by the san fierro gas station by the docks. I guess its a hotspot since i keep seeing it there on random occasions.
There is a mod that makes rare vehicles spawn more frequently like the ice cream truck. It also adds the FBI truck.
3:45 no its not it is the at-400 that could be found inside one of the hangars at las venturas airport.
