Mykal was with the group when it was still 4theLove and it was him along Geoff, Layne, and Earl in a barbershop quartet. The only video he’s been part of is Just Sing. After he moved to New York Mykal has been successful on Broadway. There’s a pretty recent video of him singing the song Stars and the Moon on MCC miscast which is amazing.
Mykal Kilgore - Micheal kill gore. Mykal is a founding member along with Geoff, Layne and Earl. They were originally "4thelove" 1997-2000. Then they changed to "4:2:Five" when Scott Porter joined 2000-2003. Mykal left in 2002 for a very successful Broadway career. Scott left in 2003 for acting. Other than "Just Sing", this is the first time they sang together since 2002. Hope we see more of him.
I haven’t re-watched the Web chat yet but I’ve heard that they plan on doing at least one more with him. That would kind of make sense because generally when they have somebody come in from out of town they try and do two of them and then release them at different times. I hope they do have him on again because he has an amazing voice.
