Thank YOU for watching. I understand the uploads have been pretty sporadic while Ap, Wes and I continue to film Never Stop Tour 3. But many more regularly scheduled vids to come SHORTLY. Part II of Casting Concrete Louisiana drops tomorrow so stay tuned.. its 2 times better than episode 1.
why do Mondays & WEds always seem to be better upload days? love these casting concrete sends. keep them coming, thanks Jon B BTW,how about another podcast on patreon from the NS3 driving?
I think that fish was a Greater Redhorse
Mississippi an Louisiana they don’t stock or take care of there waters like they should. There is some good fishing but really gotta search for those places. There is good lookin places around this way but it’s just abusedI can assure you there is much better fishing elsewhere. Lol. Try the creeks an rivers you will do better than you would on the big waters
Yo where did you get that rear view mirror fish on a bobber????? @jonbrollin
Love the videos but what a goober you threw the raising canes tray away😂😂
Jon just throws the whole basket away at raising canes… legend!!
Thanks for noticing I thought I was the only one!!
Lolol I came to comment about the basket
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Same😂
Rewound it twice to see if it was a disposable one lol😂
Anyone else notice how Jon just tossed the basket away at raising canes 😂
I know that’s hilarious 😂
😂😂😂
Dang it, I thought I was the only one 😂
Im such an idiot for that lmao. When I read the comments I was like no way.. then I watched it for a second time..
Fuck that basket. You do what you want bro. 😂
Get this man a netflix show
Bro fr
swear
Why would he split any revenue with Netflix when he already gets so many views with high quality video/audio
Fax
DONT DO IT JON. PRODUCERS KILL CONTENT
10:49 that was a red horse sucker fish I catch them a lot in creeks in Georgia
Finally someone showing Louisiana some love
27:47 Jon throwing out the basket lol

@@JonBrollinhahahhaha!!!!

You’ve been killing it lately. Thanks for all the different Content you put out there. by far one of my favorite people on UA-cam
Bro threw away the trag at canes😂😂
😂 glad I’m not the only one who saw it
love all the casting concrete content. super awesome to have relatable fishing techniques for a lot of folks who don't have the means to have a boat. bank fishing baby!

On god when he said “put er there Caleb” had me fuuuuuucked up fam lmao I got quit smoking I was like wtffff bro 🤣💀
Jon’s videos are ones that I don’t skip ahead in at all … even the intro’s … every single cinematic second is pure perfection 🤌🏼
Love the concrete fishing series. A d the little shots of nature, wildlife and surroundings add so much. ❤❤it
Dude Jon would love to see you come back to the Midwest for a lil nostalgia tour. Take it back to the roots. Some pike and walleye action. Maybe some smallmouth. Sure would be cool!
First off, LOVE this series. Secondly I see you bounce between Florida, Louisiana, and texas. You want a challenge to get some big bass come try south Mississippi. I'd be really interested to see your plan of attack down here. Keep it coming dude! Thanks for the entertainment!
Man, seeing you at LSU brought back memories. I lived just off campus within like a 3 minute walk of that Cane's you stopped in. This was over 10 years ago now. Ahh, how time flies.
My man saw the stacked baskets on the trash can, and he just tossed the whole thing any way. At the original Canes too...
Loved the way Jon threw the basket away with the trash at Raisin Cane's. ;)
27:46 man just threw the basket away
Pretty crazy listening to your story about riding your bike to fish after school because you just fished one of the lakes I’d ride to on my bike. Thanks for coming to Baton Rouge bro. Gave me some nostalgia
Appreciate you taking the time to talk jon, you’re a legend.
Glad you actually still make fishing videos
You throw away the basket?😂 27:48
Please do a fly fishing tour!! Not too many videos out there 😢 love the content 👍
That "carp" looks a lot like a river redhorse. Not a common carp.
(EDIT)Yeah those were both redhorse in that roadside pond. Mirror carp at 13:52.
27:47 It's gone. Caleb filmed a plasti-murder. He watched it happen in person and in playback lmao
HAHAHAHA 28:24 my "secret" hole is at a Kohls. Why does Kohl's always stock such good fish in their parking lot drainage ponds?
lmao bro I didn't even notice until everyone started commenting
i was gonna say it looks like the common northern hogsucker, but that makes more sense!
I love when you fish little body’s of water. 🤙 a lot of fun. Keep it up!
Thanks for coming to my hometown Shreveport,Louisiana
It's always awesome finding hidden fishing spots man. Some of the most exciting fishing to me
Jon B easily puts out the best vids. Thanks brotha.
RIP Caines chicken basket. Living the landfill life now bro
This reminds me of your micro fishing days. Love this type of fishing.
I absolutely love that you’ve been exploring my state. If you want a good inshore trip for speckled trout and redfish, just let me know!
I’m from Louisiana. This is awesome.
Jon Never stop fishing, We'll never stop watching. TOP Tier YT fishing content. Hope you get every blessing you deserve
Another banger on the books. Looking forward to seeing the rest stay motivated brother 👍🏻💯👊🏻🎣🔥
Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever stop making videos
As a supporter of this man jon b, best thing ever seeing this man fish my state waters . Best fishing in my opinion.
Caleb’s on another level 🤌🏼
The quality from day 1 to now, amazing. Its unreal
You need to come fish the Mandeville lakefront, pre-stress where they built the causeway, and some canals around here.
my grandparents live in Shreveport so it's cool to see you fishing spots I have fished while I visit
27:46 buddy threw away the basket🤦🏼♂️😂
Next time you’re in Shreveport drop your boat in the Red River there are some huge bass and even bigger catfish and god know what else there is!
Two days in a row!!! No way❤️
Urban fishing needs a Netflix series
JohnB makes plenty of money on UA-cam without restrictive contracts with Netflix. On another note, based on his lunch selection, you couldn’t call this series “Fasting Concrete.” 😂😂😂
Jon what sun glasses do you wear? I think they look awesome.
You guys need to hit Venice Louisiana! You can catch reds, bass, specks, and go offshore for tuna and snapper and everything else in between! Really is paradise!
17:26 boiii got cheeeeks ol son 🤣🤣
Those campus lakes at LSU were my old stomping ground for 10 years. I agree the bass fishing isn't great but believe it or not a state record largemouth came out of one of them. I love them for panfishing though. My buddy and I decided to take a whole day and see how many we could catch on artificials. We caught 600 out of one pond and 200 out of another. Most fish I ever caught in one day. 4 species as I remember. There is also a giant sewer pipe running across one of the lakes supposedly and I guess that's what you found. Interesting video.
Thats 800 fish in lets say 12 hours. That is a fish every 54 seconds. Thats insane.
@@Christian-ml9sx , There were two of us so that helped. However, if we went more than a minute without a bite it was a major lull in the action! Trust me, I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't been there, It was just one of those days where the Bluegill were hot on the bed and every other panfish in the lake was hungry.
I fish cities mostly too. I like to hang around with strange people and having a fishing pole in my hand seems to make people want to talk. If I didn't have a fishing pole asking questions I'd just be another tourist to ignore. Sometimes I just give away a bunch of tackle to kids because I have the money now and maybe they don't.
That carp thing that you caught in the roadside ditch is actually an F1 carp. It’s the crossbreed between a carp and a gold fish.
Definitely would love to see more fly fishing
Same! A classic river float trip for trout maybe….
I work that railroad you’re standing at the crawfish ponds. Work out of Shreveport! Wish I could’ve met ya
Fishing for carp with bread or patato is really fun and inexpensive ! Keep it up Jon, we wish you the best !
We need a video where Jon b fishes the ponds back home in IL to show us what it was like 👀
That fish u caught that you thought was a carp was in fact a sucker!!!!
Thats what I thought!
Came here to say that, you said it first! Love spearing them up here in Wisconsin, ain't bad at a high heat in the smoker!
That fish you called a koi/carp/gold fish cross, us Brits call a common carp. I've caught them all over Europe and the Spanish ones are very golden with an orange tinge.
Jon B was an hour away from me and I missed it?! 😩 I’m in Lafayette and will be in BR Tuesday! Dang it man! Next time 😂😩
Next time you go through Shreveport, swing by a restaurant called Monjuni's. They've got some crawfish lasagna that they make sometimes for specials.
Looks like you got yourself a mirror carp. Awesome video and catches
Fly fishing for carp is lit🔥🔥🔥🔥
This is why I came to your channel in the first place! Love it!!
thanks for all the fist bumps XD
When jon threw the whole tray away at canes😂
16:00 tell me he’s not faded as hell
brooo JB only drops bannger content🔥🔥🔥 u should do a video where you see how many species you can catch in one day!!! keep up the amazing content
Yessss out here showing some love for the 3wt! I tell everyone that wants to get into fly fishing to start with panfish on a 3wt. Nothing better than top water gillies!
Never fails to give me something to watch while I eat dinner 👌
Haha same
Need to come fish Lake Martin in Lower Alabama!
I did the same thing while fishing a canal here in NorCal. Started off fishing for bass, but they weren't biting. I went and got some corn and worms, and I caught a 10 lb and 14 lb carp in under an hour.
Ayyy my man at the boardwalk in Shreveport
Haha, love watchin this as a born and raised louisianaian. Just had to comment when i heard the way you said boudin😂 and how they serve it on a cracker. Usually we just eat them thangs full link by itself. Love the video keep it up.
Jon I’m gonna need to know where to get those glasses? 10/10
16:53 my boy jon looks lit af 🍃
Bro I got a jig stuck in that tree to the left of that boat launch at the lsu lake😂
Googan squad should make a fly fishing rod and reel combo
Yes sir!! I live in Texas now but Louisiana is my home state!!! Love fishing there!!
This kind of urban content is what got me watching you job, great content 👍
What the hell is a Mohave duck lol....muscovy ducks!😂😂
Some of my favorite spots to eat are "bring your catch" spots. Just send it back and let them surprise you.
I’m from shreveport I never thought I would see you fishing the duck pond😂
My hometown you were fishing the duck pond along Kings Hwy! Welcome to Shreveport!
That one fish that you didn’t know what was is a robust redhorse :)
The king is back
No bs I was just on orders in Louisiana and made a cane pole with some 550 cord and a hook from a magazine. Caught my first 3 channel cats ever. Only thing that made the field fun😂
That’s my friend in the blue shirt u talked to in bass bro shop!! U have to come to Shreveport Louisiana more!!!
Man, I wish I would have got to fish with you out here I’m gonna make it happen one day I know a lot of urban spots around here
You should do a walleye series
Good old Shreveport, my hometown. That Horseshoe casino would blind the absolute shit out of me every morning driving to school.
I love Louisiana man. Amazing food, amazing people, amazing fishing. Thanks for sharing Jon. Hope all is well.
It’s a hybrid grass carp they are put in the Louisiana water ways from the wildlife and fishers to combat the growing grass problem
Shreveport don’t have seafood like South Louisiana does😂. Go south of I-10 for some actual good food. Boudin (boo-dehn). Glad you made the trip here though!
bro the bass at the start is crazyy fr
Come back to Fl and take the boat out to RAINBOW RIVER. Catch some hand sized bluegill and nice bass🫡
Canes sauce is goated
You slept on C. Bickham Dickson right near the Duck ponds on E King HWY. Really good fishing in that ox bow in Shreveport. Just in case you stop in Port City again.
