Ich hatte große Hoffnungen in Ivy, Natia und Xavier, aber deren Songs (vor allem die der Mädels) sind so austauschbar - genau wie die Songs, die wir 2015-2017 geschickt haben. Sichere Popsongs, die niemanden beleidigen, aber eben auch ohne Charakter sind. VoXXclub's Lied mag ich nicht mal sonderlich, aber auch bei mir sind sie in der Top 3 und das sagt leider einiges über unseren diesjährigen Vorentscheid aus... Ryk würde sicherlich den ein oder anderen Jurypunkt absahnen und ein Überraschungsergebnis schaffen. Aber Michael Schulte ist mein klarer Favorit mit Emotion und Substanz.

Well, never thought that I would support for Natia Todua (my favorite was Ivy - before the song came out) - but Natia and the song (I heared all 6 full versions) is the most catchiest, round song - from the beginning till the end and her voice and power fits perfectly to the song. 2. How could it be, that voXXclub is so damn catchy too - the audience will start dancing when these boys start singing - never expected that. It has some vibes from "Verka Serduchka - Dancing Lasha Tumbai" - tanzen !

What a disappointing year once again -.- My clear favourite is Michael Schulte. That's the only song that might enter the top 20... My opinions: VoXXclub: As a German who is not from Bavaria, I was always reserved about their participation because I don't feel represented by Oktoberfest music in a dialect that I don't even understand. But I was open and wanted to hear the song before I judge :) But unfortunately... it's not that great. Their other songs are much more fun. This is rather boring and not entertaining enough. Xavier Darcy: Umm... He promised that he has "the fastest song of all!" and that it's going to be so so exciting. Well... what a disappointment. Ryk: He is clearly talented, but the song isn't anything spectacular. Ivy Quainoo: I was really looking forward to hearing her song. She was my favourite artist. But her song is probably the biggest disappointment of all. This is just another Ann Sophie, Jamie-Lee and Levina. What an unpersonal forgettable uninspiring unauthentic song. Natia Todua: I really hope we don't send her. The song is really forgettable. And I think her voice is too "special". Michael Schulte: He is an amazing artist. His songs like "You Said You'd Grow Old With Me" or "Falling Apart" are pure emotion and art, so I was hoping for something similar. And we got something similar, so that's great. My favourite.
Voxxclub: Sadly, that's what other countries think about when they hear german culture. -Santiano was the better kinda cultural act tbh- Ivy: Hey, Ghost was awesome D: I see your point though, this is really forgetable and no one would have the right to complain if Germany ends in the bottom 3 again. Natia: Would be even more hopeless than Ivy, but I like it Michael: He would be the best choice. The juries could really like this song.

This particular song is basically Standard German, only "I mog di so" is Bavarian. What I criticized about this particular is that it's not as entertaining as their other songs :)
