1 Cup Julian cut Carrot
1 Cup Mashed potatoes
3 tbsp chopped Coconuts
3 tbsp Peanuts
1/2 tsp Panch Phoron
1 tbsp Green Chilli
1 tbsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Mango Powder
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Ghee
🍂Special Masala ( 1 tsp Fennel seeds, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1 tsp Coriander seeds, 2 Dry chilli)
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Plain flour
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
