In Japan, it's a three-day weekend and there were a lot of people walking around everywhere, so I decided to spend it quietly at home. How was everyone's holiday? I love your one person crock pot Fumi. I've just bought a dutch oven cast iron pot for cooking, mainly because I want to try making my own bread in it. I'm envious of your choice of mushrooms in your shops in Japan😋 I love mushrooms! We don't have many options here in England.

I notice you use a towel to collect the water dripping from just washed dishes. Over time, that moisture will likely cause the counter top material to start warping. A plastic tray or even an old baking tray can collect the water without damaging the surface underneath.

Nella tua spesa ho visto i germogli di soia e la radice di Loto che vorrei provare a cucinare come hai fatto tu. Magari sostituisco i gamberi con altro perché, come ti ho già detto, sono vegetariana da tanti anni. Domani mi recapiteranno il pacco con specialità giapponesi e potrò cucinare dei cibi salutari per il mio organismo. Un caro saluto al Giappone che tanto amo e rispetto ed un abbraccio a te 😊

Anch'io non vedo l'ora di poter realizzare le pietanze: ho ordinato il Dashi di funghi Shiitake, Miso giapponese soia & riso, radice di Loto, radice di Taro giapponese, fiori di Crisantemo per fare il tè, semi di soia gialla, patata dolce giapponese cotta al forno e Lychees essiccati. Inoltre ogni giorno preparo il Matcha con il chasen e il chashaku nel chawan. Ti terrò aggiornata 😊 Un abbraccio.

Io invece vivo nella casa dei miei genitori costruita da mio nonno nel 1920; è molto grande per me, per una persona sola sono 145 mq. Mi piace sempre l'atmosfera dei tuoi video, la tua cucina è sempre uno spettacolo, vorrei proprio assaggiare i tuoi piatti. Bella la composizione di fiori che hai fatto, in Giappone è una tradizione. Anche tu scrivi nella tua agenda quello che devi fare? io scrivo su mille fogli 😅🤣. Anche oggi sono uscito in bicicletta ma le temperature sono ormai autunnali.
