Info in English: Latvian dance act "100. debija" which is know in English as "100th Debut" with their song "Day By Day" became the most successful Latvian dance music artist in middle of 90's. Song "Day By Day" was even included in dance compilation DanceMania 5 which is released in Japan - one of the World's largest dance music markets.
Song "Sen Jau Viss", which is a Latvian version (different lyrics) of this song, was number one hit in Latvian Music charts of 1996.

Hard to be popular if they are not producing new songs. But many people can remember them from 90's.
Yes, I do have a couple of other songs by 100. debija on my channel. Check them out in my upload list. But all of them are in Latvian. Also you can find some more songs by 100. debija in Related Videos list and in video responses. And maybe in time I will upload more of them as it's my favorite Latvian dance act of all times. :)

Nowadays it's really rare, especially if you are not in Latvia. Though they were quite successful during the 90's, nowadays they are not active anymore as most of the Dance musicians from that time. I might upload another song by them but without video.

Visticamākais, ka lofty2007 1996. gadā bija labi, ja 5 gadi un tādēļ viņam nav sajēgas par tā laika mūziku.

No, I didn't! This video has been recorded from local (Latvian) TV some 12 years ago. But they do have similar sounding songs in their albums - I bought all of them. Unfortunately there is only one other song by 100.debija here on UA-cam. That one can be found in Related videos but that song is not in English and it's their very first from 1993 and not as good as this one. And of course, there is a Latvian language version of this song - Sen Jau Viss posted as a video response to mine.

Jap, lai arī 100. debija 90. gados bija viena no populārākajām Latvijas deju grupām (un mana mīļākā, starp citu), video tagad tiešām ir retums. Man ir vēl viens vēl vecāks - no Mikrofona aptaujas, ja tādas zini. :)
Pa Latvijas mūzikas kanālu nesen bija Slavenību Topā, kaut kur pirms pus-mēneša, kad viesojās Roberts Lejasmeijers. Es par vēlu ieslēdzu, un tad jau klips gāja uz beigām, paspēju ar telefonu nofilmēt beigas. Ja interesē, varu ielikt no telefona filmētu 100. debijas dziesmu "Sajūsmu okeāns".

There are some concert videos uploaded by other UA-camrs. Though it's in Latvian, you might want to look at them just to see how popular they were back in the day. :)

eurodance died in Latvia just like in any other country... I wonder why people think Latvia somehow was isolated from changes in world popular music. If there are some artists who are still doing this thing, they are definitely not mainstream.
