Lovely home. The same builder is also up a bit north from this area in Woodland Hills. I’d like to see upscale appliances, range, etc in the kitchen but just can’t make a sub zero refrigerator work in these floor plans. I guess it’s all a matter of perspective but I think it’s a bit inaccurate to suggest it gets cold here, and certainly not for 4 months. If you’re coming from what is traditionally a cold weather climate, you can expect about 2 weeks of what we call a Texas Winter. Perhaps a month to 6 weeks of weather where you may need a jacket. Regarding your question about having a dedicated media room, yes I prefer one as I want to control the lighting which is important, especially if you want a projector in the room.

Price starts at $800k.
Recently moved here. Renting a townhouse in Grand Central Park to “test drive” the location before building or buying. So far so good.
This house is insane, Texas really has the best houses in the nation.
What would this cost in your market?
@@livinginhtx probably 2M, I’m in the crazy market of Bay Area, Ca
@@OrangebarsInc maybe even more out there huh? Your prices there are really wild
@@livinginhtx yes way more honesty but also new constructions like this one are non-existent. How bad the flooding situation gets in Conroe?
@@OrangebarsIncbut half of Houston floods every year.
I actually wasn’t surprised at that price point, but I kept watching

"Affordable and cheap" 1 million dollar homes 😂
New subscriber! Absolutely stunning home!
A 70 ft wide lot means nothing if your bathroom window is 10 ft from your neighbor. Lot sizes are measured in square footage!
Does it flood?
No flooding!
Does it flood here
No these homes are high and dry
Wow
Nice home-buy 75-80 ft lots are NOT Massive-or Estate size lots-GEEZ I thought things were bigger in Texas-Their PUNNY size lots
"for CHEAP!!" Really?!? I would not consider from mid-$800k to $900k as "CHEAP!!"
