Redlands Career Clusters

Gen Zs can expect to have as many as 17 jobs and up to seven careers over the course of their working lives. What will those jobs be? We can scarcely predict.
One way Redlands is shifting the dial on what “future ready” means is by helping students recognise and cultivate their transferable skills, skills they can take into a variety of industries. As part of our 'Future Think: Career Clusters Challenge Day', our Year 8's are exploring skills, interests, motivations and strengths, rather than job titles or industries.
