I love the fact that this show is all about these men overcoming their own toxic masculinity, and the actors are staring at each other saying I love you and you're a good boy. It’s just two grown men who have no problems saying how they feel and being open about how much they care about each other. It's so wonderful
Great acting team. Bretts soft demeanour reminds me of dear Freddie Mercury. Look forward to seeing both these great actors in new work and hopefully a Ted Lasso return. Their TL characters in the U.S for example that would be hilarious😎👌
love this, live them, love the show, Apple TV, listen up, do not I am telling you do not come back for season 4 if you can't bring back the whole cast because without any of them the show will feel incomplete. If you can't sort through the contracts and scheduling issues then start a spin off with the women's team but if there is a season 4 It needs to be with all of them or not at all because we did leave at a great note.
Watched so many UA-cam clips I had to watch the show. My daughter has a subscrtion to Apple TV, so we binge watched the series. Roy became my absolute favourite charaecter.. Brett seems to the complete opposite of the gruff stone-faced character he plays.

Nope. This is platonic love. It's really nice to see, and is very rare to see it expressed this openly. Up until very recently (and still to this day), this kind of open expression, affection and affirmation between men was deemed "forbidden", "wrong", "feminine", "gay" etc. Both of these men have female partners so I doubt there is any gay element to their relationship. This is what strong friendship looks like when prejudice and stigma lose their power.
