Mine wint create a group only search for one

I have never struggled so much with a helmet in my life. None of the buttons respond as intended. If I click or hold anything it responds with three beeps. That's it. Tried factory reset, won't reset, tried a hard reset, also nothing. Just three annoying ass beeps.

Yeah I can’t feel the buttons I think you need to press both buttons at the same time to turn it off I might send this back

Bro, please contact 509, this issue need to replace the R control units.

@@TaurryYi I tried, I haven’t gotten any response. I was hoping that responding to this video might grab their attention and, well… nothing.

@@SaintActual update: it is the left control needs to be replaced, not R, because one of the capacitors inside is faulty. Or you can disconnect the connector cable(inside the helmet), energize 2 of the pins with 9V DC power for 2-3 secs , It will resume working
