I just bought one with 512 gb but I plugged it to my computer , clicked on properties and found out that it has 4gb capacity , so everything you store it will be on the virtual app or in other words your junk is being reviewed in another country
The problem was it does NOT show all pictures on the internal one . I have 1000 pics and it only shows 100 I even tried to find more but there is no option for it what sucks and it doesn't download for huawai

I don’t know why I can’t transfer anything to my flash drive. When I select photos and click on 2 errors, it’s say disk not formated, please format first. I confirm but get a message please plug in your usb. Strange. Can anyone give me advice? I can’t use my phone because it’s out of storage and I was hoping this Flashdrive M02 would be my saving grace. Thank you in advance.
Can you download the files from the Y disk to a PC laptop? I downloaded my pics from my I phone and I thought I could just down load the pics to my Laptop.
Its a two step process. I don’t think you can download directly to the laptop bypassing the download to the flash drive.

Thanks for that question. The device or its associated app does not have a direct way to transfer to a cloud backup service but you can connect the devise to any computer and backup the content to any cloud storage service. This would be no different to using any regular flash drive. Hope this helps.

I tried to download the App and User guide...it asks for a credit card!!! That site also is an unknown name, it looked too suspicious. I don't want to store to cloud, just transfer pics to my laptop for a report!!

I purchased the 64GB stick and it works perfectly well with my iPhone 8+, 7+ and 6.
However the YDisk app will not download on my iPad mini (iOS 9.3.6) when I connect to it with the drive. Any suggestions how I can load the YDisk app on my iPad mini?
I don’t have an IPad mini so couldn’t test it but when I looked up in the App store it says the app requires iOS 8 or later and ipad mini is listed so it should work so I think you may have lack of storage or some other problem that I can't point out. Thanks for sharing.

I can’t see my photos in the app
This is the issue I’m having as well. I can see what I’ve saved on USB a couple years ago, but when I click “Internal,” none of my photos or videos appear. So I don’t have the option to save. 🤷🏾♀️ It’s driving me nuts and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. If you’ve figured it out already, please, please let me know. I’m out of storage 😂 Thanks Harley!
I figured it out, Harley. Go into your settings and give Y Disk permission to access your photos. I just did that and it worked. Now they’re showing up.

I haven’t seen a way to do this using the associated app for the device. However, it might be possible from the phone itself if your phones OS recognizes it as another external storage.
