- This is Nungwi in Zanzibar! an incredible spot by the Indian Ocean. It has some of the bluest water I have seen and is comparable to the Caribbean and the Quintana Roo coast of Mexico. I had only seen this type of water in places like Playa Del Carmen, Cozumel, Tulum and Cancun when I was in Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula. But this place had not let me down! I started my journey in Stone Town further down the island of Zanzibar in Tanzania and then went up to Kendwa and finally Nungwi. You will see some drone shots of the beach and also 2 different resorts close to the beach.

While the scenery is great, you do some stupid stuff, seriously. Jumping from a balcony etc into the pool without knowing for sure the depth or any other unknown things is the height of stupidity as is frying on the beach. There is no such thing as "good tan" as any Dermatologist will tell you. I am European living in the US for many years.

I think you are doing wonders for Zanzibar tourism. Most people didn't realise what a tropical paradise it is. The government should be giving you free accommodation for being such a good ambassador. Visitor numbers will be up after your videos for sure.

Beautiful. Only I think horses in the beach is no higienic, because horses make a lot of "popo" in the sea, and nobody clean it. It must be not accepted. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't know.

Wow, some chips and this nice video. You got very good deals on the hotels there. Exactly one year ago it was almost impossible to get a room in Nungwi at all. I found one for 50 USD, but it was not even close as nice as the rooms you got. Tanzania was almost the only country in the world at the time that was fully open with no restrictions (except Mexico). That was probably one reason.

The colour of the water transforms from cobalt blue to turquoise as the white sand beach reaches out from the shore...only in the tropical part of the world...
