As a child once, that stuffed animal is her best friend and comfort toy. I don’t need to be a parent to know a lot of kids have them. Can’t imagine how it felt having her little friend taken away in her situation and for no reason at all!
I'm 26 and I have a baby doll that take some places. If anyone were to do that to me I'd say don't f----- with my Jeremey. I saw this when it first came out and I was afraid to go anywhere
@@sdrfz The TSA could have handled it better. Could have took the family in a different room and given the little girl her stuffed animal back. The toy was already checked, if they gave her the item back I bet she would have calmed down a little and been less scared.

The second the poor child said “I don’t want to go to Disney world” I broke our crying. No child should be that terrified that they don’t want to go to such a beautiful and happy place. This poor baby.
To hear her crying and saying that she didn't want to go to Disney World broke my heart. But when she was denied her security Lamby made me burst out in tears!
That was just vicious, and shows that those security (_|_)holes were just power-tripping. They had already cleared "Lamby"; so why would they take it? Anyway, at least she got Lamby back - _and_ made it to Disney World. The part about Lamby reminded me somewhat about another recent lost stuffed toy story, only the owner was younger, the separation was longer, and the distance was far greater. Look up "Lost stuffy found on a British Columbia beach reunited with owner in Australia".
I am angry that the toy was taken. That agency shouldn't be there. They have to be somewhere else. What is wrong with them? I guess they forgot that nothing should be taken away, like a wheelchair.
They should have been fired on the spot for taking something like that. Plus making her cry & feel uncomfortable. I am disability my self but I am 45. & I know what it is like. I been there. I would have sued them as well I think they would have had a case against them. I was special needs & such So I feel her.
They have to scream and I love it everytime they scream at passengers! Lol why ? Because people do not listen, grown adults are children when they enter the airport.
Here here! I would do the same. The TSA agent probably thought it was a dangerous weapon of mass destruction. I can see the action movie title now: "Disabled 3 year old child armed with stuffed animal... and she's not afraid of using it!"
@@MegaTinni I'm sorry your mother never loved you as a child but I'm gonna live in the real world and treat people with empathy. Especially a three year old disabled girl.
@@anothermiddleschoolburnout8816 My mother loved me very much, thank you for your concern. If you say you will live in the real world, then I hope you will raise your kids to be able to deal with the reality of that real world. There are rules that apply to all. Kids take cues from their parents. Better to teach your child what patience is and how to stay calm when dealing with authority. You are not doing them any favors if you make them believe what they are experiencing is horrible (while in reality she would get her animal back after a short wait) . Better to yourself remain calm and confident and explain all will be well in the end. Ever seen these videos where parents carry a baby and then knock on a hard surface and then rub the child's head and suss it? ... they all cry for an imaginary pain. Her being physically disabled is not an excuse to exclude her from valuable life lessons (=how to deal with frustration, a much needed skill in the 'real world'). That would be discrimination, she deserves to be educated too. Education is love.
Been through this with my husband who was dying of cancer on our way home from treatment in Puerto Rico. Tsa was brutal. It’s purposeful and a power trip.
Apologies don't cut it. That employee should be suspended without pay or fired. People in these positions should be hired for their judgement, not because they like pushing people around.
Absolutely they should be fired with prejudice! That whole fiasco was nothing but authority being abused to the utmost! No excuse in the English language is going to make that child understand what was done to her! This makes the country look bad!!
Ok but at the same time you gotta think about stuff that can be hidden and put inside wheelchairs that not "singling out" someone because there in a wheel chair they could care less about the girl but they do care about checking the wheelchair itself hollow tubes - inside wheels people just don't accept that they do this all day and night and that can cause some people to be in bad moods and I'm not saying every tsa agent is good or that certain searches need to happen and alot of the major controversy are isolated incidents
I definitely feel the pain of the family. I am visually impaired and travel with a cane, so every time I fly TSA agents tell me that I am, “randomly selected to be screened.“ They’re always just so mean to me and once they separated me from my mom when I was still a minor and question me away from my family. I remember once an agent asked me,“Is that your mom over there?“ I unfortunately wasn’t able to see who she was pointing to because the only thing I’m able to see is light. I told her that I couldn’t see and so she called the woman that she was pointing to over. It did happen to be my mom and she watched as the agent scanned me, but that was one of the worst days ever for me because it was so scary.
I’m disabled and use a power wheelchair. The way the little girl was treated was disgraceful. It’s hard enough to travel with a wheelchair, but a 3 year old separated from her parents is one of the most disgusting things I’ve seen. One correction - saying someone is “confined” to a wheelchair is degrading and untrue. Without my wheelchair I’d be confined to home. A wheelchair offers us freedom.
If you were born with the disability that results in the use of a wheelchair, then the chair offers you freedom. But if you were able-bodied your whole adult life and then an accident/illness puts you in that chair, if becomes your prison. I know folks in both situations - it's all a matter of perspective. Neither opinion is incorrect.
I dont think they meant to offend those who use wheelchairs, but to help everyone feel appropriate outrage. This 3 year old HAS to use her wheelchair, or she is confined to home like you, mose likely. It's meant to spark righteous outrage, SO THAT a 3 year old can go to DISNEYWORLD my dude. No hate from me, but come on. Be pissed at the people who did wrong, not someone who didn't phrase something to your personal liking...
This is what happens when you pay TSA the same as McDonalds. No training, low skilled workers, with bad attitudes. Overwhelmed, overworked, and under qualified.
What I saw was racist plain and simple. A black employee decided to take out her petty frustrations on a little handicapped WHITE girl. I wouldn’t hesitate to bet my life that if this little girl was black she would have cruised right on through this “security” checkpoint.
TSA is horrible! I was robbed by a tsa worker at the security check point at John Wayne Airport by a tsa employee. They stole my phone. There was no one to help me. They are aweful!
A sadist. I was wondering: How many of the TSA employees were black? If the family and the little girl in the wheelchair had been black, would they have been harassed to the point of making that little girl cry, and refusing to return her stuffed toy? From the tiny bit that I did see of the TSA agent, her skin color was black. Noticed how the news crew did not show the faces of the TSA agents? At 1:52 TSA says: "Regrets inaccurate guidance was provided to this family during screening." That is a non-apology, especially in light of the TSA refusing to return the child's stuffed toy, even after it was screened. I'll bet those TSA agents high-fived each other during break and said, "Yeah! We made that little white b!tch cry! Alright!"
Australia security staff, they took my daughter’s stuffed toy when she was 2 1/2yrs old all because she was a drink in a sippy cup as the rules stated she could, it was passed through the 1st check through no problem but when going the x-ray machines we were told off quite severely because of the drink. I pointed that the first check point said it was fine, when we asked him as we had to get rid of our bottles of water. The female security still yelled at us for breaking rules... again I pointed out that we hadn’t because of her age and we had already spoken to another personal in security check point and perhaps they should have another meeting and agree on what the rules actually are, so everyone can sing from the same hymn sheet. She didn’t like that, she took everything that I had touched including my daughters toy she had dropped and I had picked up in front of the female security guard for testing for drugs and explosives. My daughter was absolutely heart broken, because her beloved toy was snatched out of her hands and her sippy cup was taken from her. I got moved to a side room to be checked over too for drugs and explosives. This was 13 yrs ago. I remember that day so clearly.
I'm in a wheelchair. When I went to visit my folks, in Florida, I was forced to get out of my chair, so they could scan it. I was pat down, 2x, and it took 3 TSA agents to support me, while I had to wait for my chair to be scanned. I watched as others were allowed to pass, while I had to wait. At no time was I rude about it. The agent was doing what she was told to do. My question is this...why does the TSA discriminate against disabled people????
@@bonniemoerdyk9809 Yet some for religious purposes are exempt and they are not permitted to pat them down. They get a do not touch me law on their side.
In Idaho, local police officers have been permitted to force alleged "psychotic" people (you know, even the one's that mean neighbors are willing to falsely accuse as having a psychosis) into the emergency room, bypass their psych/medical evaluation by an actual medical provider, and force the patient into the mental hospital as a "psychotic patient." They and medical staff have been permitted to refuse to investigate the allegations (even refused a client a release of information form to permit the healthcare provider to communicate with a family member). Then they were further permitted to fail/not bother to notify the patient of the slandering call until just before his/her discharge, months after its occurrence (following months of [in some cases, unnecessary] medications). If the patient refuses to take his/her antipsychotic regimen, s/he would be retained in the hospital longer and threatened to have antipsychotic meds forced on him/her (ie: 30-day injection shot), regardless of the idea that an antipsychotic drug could eventually cause a psychosis in an otherwise non-psychotic person if taken over time (according to a counselor [Masters degree level] who worked with psychiatrists). Later, because the patient would be brought in by a police officer, the patient would be required to be handcuffed/anklecuffed/chained in order to attend his/her court hearing to determine whether s/he should be released...iow, presented like a dangerous felon, so that a judge (not a doctor) can determine whether the patient was ready released. One of these psychotic patients was restricted to a wheelchair due to his ankle injury. According to this patient, the police still anklecuffed him to his wheelchair (to prevent escape) before allowing him to attend his hearing. If the patient refuses the chains/cuffs, the patient is viewed by the judge as being non-compliant (hence, still psychotic) and sentenced to the state mental hospital for further drug use/abuse (regardless of what his/her attorney presents to court on his/her behalf)... As if it is impossible for a judge to remove himself from the courthouse (with his own healthy, functioning body) to go to the local mental hospital and address the patients directly there. As if a psychiatrist is not trained well enough to assess & determine the stability of his/her patient. (Apparently, that takes a law degree as a minimum prerequisite.)
As former TSA: In Germany we have been trained, that there have been indeed parents who put explosives in a teddy bear or inside the metal of a buggy. So you have to control them. Including wheel chair or buggy. Or you will be fired immediately. BUT: there are Securities who are able to do this with the baby laughing not crying - by making the control sort of a game. And after controlling mother and child they might have asked the mother to hold her child until the wheel chair has been searched. I once testified how they did control a girl of the same age in a buggy. The only problem was, that there was indeed a problem with the buggy. The gas-chromatography indicated suspicion for explosives. So the whole procedure took 2 hours until a dog decided that the stuff was not explosive but just perfume. The child was fine even if it had to be hold several times. Just the parents were quite down, they missed their plane. If ever you want to miss a plane, use a perfum with moshus in it... So it is not a question, that controls are necessary, and even of wheelchairs, but is the question whether you do it friendly with a smile or with a frightening face.
If you can’t tell the difference between perfume and explosives then maybe you are in the wrong job. Then if it takes two hours to figure it out you deserve to lose your job.
@@brianloveless2717 You are wrong. It's the analyzing machine that can't see the difference. Why? This machine analyzes the atoms in the molecules. And moschus and a certain explosive have the exact same number and kind of molecules - just in another order. Going with our noses would not be secure. Imagine somebody hiding explosives with moschus. A dog can smell the difference, two different thing at the same time. But I want to see you smelling a perfume and an explosive at the same time and perceiving and identifying both at the same time. The human nose is not good. Just imagine a man would sweat and therefore use an antitranspirant. We humans are perceiving the antitranspirant, but not the sweat. That's why we use them. A dog still perceives the sweat. The explosive has much less "fragrance" than human sweat.
Try and control me. You use customer service treating every customer with courtesy and respect. You do not… "control".That is a very offensive statement. Those customers paid a lot of money for the ticket to fly not to have some power tripping agent try to "control" them or make them miss their flight because of a perfume.
As a teen with a disability myself, I cannot even describe the frustration, rage, and sadness I am feeling for this poor girl. It is absolutely unacceptable that she was treated this way when she obviously did nothing wrong. People need more common sense on how to treat the disabled community like actual people. The disabled community gets a whole lot less representation than others, so please, spread this… 😢🥺
I too have been disabled for last few years. My whole family was able to pass thru security fine, I stood up from their wheelchair and walked through, fine too, no alarms....yet they decided to do a through pat-down including taking off my sneakers and full body rub down. The hard part was getting my shoes back on and tied. It seems as though they purposely pick on crippled people. I'm not saying we should be exempt, but to constantly pick us over everyone else.... meh.
@@TabbyQ.9563 Nobody said that disabled people should be exempt from security checks. In theory, true equality does not discriminate. In practice, people can aim for it, but it may not be fully achievable. However, that does not excuse discrimination. (Sorry if it came out wrong the first time. I amended to get my thoughts out better.)
"Inaccurate guidance was provided to the family"? Screw that, the screeners acted inappropriately due to the inaccurate, inconsistent, and inadequate training they get.
You know nothing about the training the TSA officers get. I was a TSA officer. I had excellent training in Georgia for two weeks. Then, I was sent to a major hub for three weeks of additional training. On the job, agents are constantly training and being tested. If any training is lacking at TSA, its with customer service. But, you better be thankful that you haven't boarded a plane of which some terrorist planted an IED on an unsuspecting passenger. You should see all the weapons that the TSA finds weekly at terminals across the USA. We have enough explosive passengers on planes these days. Imagine if those whack-a-doodles hadn't been screened before boarding.
I’m a lead officer for a security company. I can say as a professional that TSA is a joke. It’s thankless work and they are poorly trained and underpaid. Most of their guards refer to the fifth grade as their senior year.

They got their paper tickets mixed up in seperate great them. My mother in law was in a wheelchair and they gave her a hard time because of her insulin vials. He was pat down so THOROUGHLY they didn’t miss. one. single. place on his body. He’s 73 year old for crying out loud! They swabbed their hands, his ipad, over and over and over and over again. They both have the precheck done with TSA. All that commotion sent his heart into a-fib by the time he got onto his next plane he was so sweaty. They gave her a bunch of problems because she had insulin. This is an overarching, ongoing issue with TSA. They need more 3rd party neutral onsite mediator to handle disputes, inflated egos, lack of common sense, and legal overreach. The only way to keep that from ever happening would be to conduct full body strip searches of every passenger- bet you'd be singing a different tune then (and even then that bomb has numerous other ways of getting on board).
I have travelled to 46 other countries over the last 40 years and I can tell you categorically that they all treat passengers better than the TSA. Not only that, but their search procedures are far more efficient and professional and the need for pat downs is becoming much more rare due to better methods and use of technology. Meanwhile the TSA continue to treat people, in particular the elderly, disabled and nursing mothers like animals. Disgraceful!
Their a bunch of fucking pricks. Excuse me for saying that but they are, something about that job just makes those people really hard to get along with suspicious, disagreeable human beings.
I have to agree with you. The only time I was ever screamed at in an Airport was in the US. I was reluctant to go to visit family in the US as I consider it dangerous there. Being yelled at for a pat down only made it worse when I was being cooperative.
@@mroselli7482 Lucky you, but clearly plenty of other folk have, and the treatment of disabled and the elderly by 'some' TSA' personnel is frankly disgraceful!
This is so sad and hard. I have a service dog and often I have to tell TSA how we are going to go through screening. We go through the regular metal detector and it alarms for his leash clip. We both get swabbed for explosives and my dog gets a pat down. It’s a simple process but I am ALWAYS the one to give direction. There needs to be more training on compassion, flexibility, and common sense when assisting people through TSA. Especially with children. And I mean flexibility without compromising the TSA guidelines for safety. They could have taken her family to a side room and waited for Lucy to calm down and let the mom explain what was going to happen at each step. It’s not that hard to think outside the box!
"But they did get an apology at least", how big of them to do so,after looking at a 3yr old disabled, the distraught child not even wanting to go to Disney land after all the commotion and just wanting her teddy back, what the he'll? Watching this makes me sick to my stomach!!!!! That little girl will remember this for the rest of her life. It just broke my heart when she said "I don't want to go to Disney World".
I have a pretty bad story where a TSA lady made mt cry because of my disability. I was born with a neurological disability where I am in a constant state of uncontrollable muscle jerks, and so it is so hard to stand still in the detector where you hold your arms up. I always have to tell them, "I was born with a tremor, I have a disability". One time, a lady said, "stay still!" so I told her, "If I could I would....I have a disability. I was born with it!" and then she had the audacity to get more aggressive and then say to me, " Well you are gonna have to try your best to stay still!" I got upset and told her "I literally can't control my muscle movements. That is not how any of this workds!!" and she got so rude to me and said more things like, "It's not that hard to remain still. All you have to do is try!" So of course, I honestly just snapped said back, "how dare you tell someone with a disability to do something they told you they can't do? What do you not get? What is so hard to understand? I c.a.n.t h.e.l.p my movements!" ...so, the machine obviously lit up my scan like a Christmas tree and I had to have a full body search...like always. -_- I cried after, and still think it was a form of disability discrimination
So TSA wanted to pat her down, but was rude by trying to not allow recording? I get why they have to check people to make sure they aren't drug/weapon mules, but they need to do all they can to make the kid comfortable.
equalfire They probably were going to give it back AFTER they screened her, but since her mom was being very dramatic, it made it look like they were never gonna give it back.
mental note, when needing to get a weapon on board a plane use a childs stuffed animal and hope you've been given a job for TSA. Not defending this situation but ppl will use their disabled 3 year old to commit crimes. Its sad but reality is some ppl are horrible
TSA scans everything &everyone these assholes didnt do it right but everyone needs to do the same even if theyre in a wheelchair people have snuck drugs and other stuff in stuffed animals with disabled kids before so i get it but this is still a child and there are ways to make it better for them
She could have been packing a bomb in that stuffed animal. And it could have ended the lives of hundreds. The wheelchair was just a suspicious ploy to commit terror in the skies. You could see it written all over the little girl's face.
Her cries broke my soul, and enraged me inside. On top of her crying. They still want to pat her down and they take her stuffed animal, Lammy, away?!?! Poor child is traumatized! I can't stand it!
I do believe that anybody should be searched before boarding an airliner, I just don't understand why the TSA agent had a problem with the mom recording her, and also why they didn't give back her stuffed animal.
There was once a story about how TSA found the gun parts to a .40 caliber gun inside 3 stuffed animals, but unless they somehow saw it on an X-ray, give the kid her damn lamb!

I think I understand both sides of them needing to screen wheelchairs even if it’s a kid’s chair. What is really appalling to me personally is that this could even be a concern due to total psychos and evil people who would do something like use a child’s wheelchair for some malicious purpose. It’s really a lose/lose and a “this is why we can’t have nice things” type of moment. I’m glad they at least apologized and hope they were polite, but taking her stuffed animal was unnecessary I think. Maybe in the future there can be some sort of pre clearance for cases like this to avoid unnecessary stress on children and disabled people?

When my grandmother was 99, we went from one state to the next for a family reunion, which I knew would be her last chance. She was tiny, frail, and she had Alzheimer's, but mostly presented OK. They did a thorough, very obvious search of her with everyone watching, and with myself and her caregiver protesting that this was unnecessary. We were given a less extensive search. If this had been any other circumstance, it would have been labeled as abusive. But they could get away with it as an excuse to show off how thorough their "security" was. Years later, this is still infuriating. It was entirely unfounded, useless, and only served to confuse her and appall me and others, all for some sham show of force and false security, a power trip or ego trip for the agents, who had sanction because of their jobs. This is not right. It's not what our country is supposed to be about. I understand the need for security. But abuse is another matter entirely, and leads to corruption and more abuse. It's a step toward totalitarianism or fascism. I hope our country does not keep going in that direction, but it keeps happening; we only need to see the nightly news to see that's true.
They "apologized" and it was "OK" and the little girl had a nice time at Disneyland. -- No, it is NOT OK. They could at least have given back her stuffed animal after it was cleared. They should not have done any of this the way they did. NO common sense, NO compassion, NO remorse, NO sense to stop doing wrong while being recorded. We keep seeing things like this from the TSA. Other countries' security have criticized how the TSA handles things in America. Our own citizens have been outraged and complained and surely the TSA top brass know by now they have a problem ongoing -- and it's still ongoing and stye have not done enough to stop this stupid, needless harassment or downright corruption. A 3 year old disabled toddler in a wheelchair with a stuffed animal is NOT any threat. Sure, I understand they may need to check everyone, and that seems like a possible misdirection and hiding place. But pre-screen, be sensible and be sensitive. -- If you are falsely accusing, targeting, and harassing innocent citizens, then you are wasting valuable time and effort and potentially missing any real threats. Plus, you are generating so much ill will and mistrust and doubt from the honest citizens, that you risk creating a worse problem. If people get fed up enough when written or spoken valid complaints are raised, then people will protest and take it higher. Are they trying to create protests, civli unrest, so they can use it as an excuse to crack down, from other totalitarian elements in political office or bureaucracy? Or maybe this is just abject stupidity and lack of any caring or good sense from the agents and from their supervisor and administrators. It is so wrong and so needless. Even a little common sense, and they could have avoided all of this and still been secure via pre-screening. Why don't they understand the righteous indignation and the distrust they are generating in innocent, law-abiding everyday citizens? This needs to STOP. People won't put up with it forever. The TSA administration and the bureaucrats over them need to stop what they ae doing wrong and act responsibly again. They are supposed to protect and serve the people; instead, they are dong the opposite too often. They must change. Why can't their top brass and middle management see this and getaway they should change, and do it? How many more times are they going to abuse innocent people before this is made right? What's wrong with them that they think this is remotely OK? Shame on them.

I don't see that she was treated any different than anyone else

The female security still yelled at us for breaking rules... again I pointed out that we hadn’t because of her age and we had already spoken to another personal in security check point and perhaps they should have another meeting and agree on what the rules actually are, so everyone can sing from the same hymn sheet.

Just imagine a man would sweat and therefore use an antitranspirant. We humans are perceiving the antitranspirant, but not the sweat. That's why we use them. A dog still perceives the sweat. The explosive has much less "fragrance" than human sweat.

"Inaccurate guidance was provided to the family" Isn't that basically blaming the victim?
I’m a lead officer for a security company. I can say as a professional that TSA is a joke. It’s thankless work and they are poorly trained and underpaid. Most of their guards refer to the fifth grade as their senior year.
TSA has too much power and should be disbanded. They are unprofessional and refuse to go after the real terrorists.

He retires next year. They just got back from Mexico and made it through fine in AZ (his boarding pass was marked with 4 red “S”s) where they had to go through TSA again he was pat down, detained.
Our government in general treats the people like animals.

Power tripping narcissistic bs
@@soshego877 Exactly! My last trip through security was a joke! They kept checking tickets and letting people through to the conveyer area even though it was so backed up we were pushed together like cattle! During COVID! Meanwhile, a girl in her 20s with a disability was waiting to go through the metal detector and was continually ignored. She finally broke down and started crying. Why TF could they not just take care of her??!! She was next in line for the metal detector for at least 15 minutes while we all stood there waiting to go through the other screening machine. The last time I went through that airport it was the same. Clearly they are unorganized and everyone’s temper was high!
@@ellengrace4609 you could/should have stood there, announced that she was there first, and then not moved until she was cleared. People see things like that as "not my problem" and just go on with their lives without contributing to a solution.
@@dhy5342 Actually, I and about 10 other people said something to the TSA agents. They finally let her through because they were about to have a mob on their hands.
"Inaccurate guidance to the PARENTS? !" How about admitting there was inaccurate guidance given to the GUARDS!
What makes this story even better is the family only wished for them to be better trained rather than trying to make it a payday with a multi-million dollar lawsuit. That is true class.
Oh, I’d be absolutely furious, and “OOPSY DOODLES, WE MADE A MISTAKE, SORRY WE TREATED YOUR DAUGHTER LIKE A TERRORIST!” wouldn’t even come close to making me any less furious.
What's a little kid gonna even do? Kill you with their adorableness?
Very easily the parents could have implanted something in her wheelchair or something. You just think of yourself and start to be ignorant. I'm not defending TSA, but start thinking about why they did it.
@@WhiteWhistleBondrewd sure you gotta scan the search the wheelchair but it's about HOW you go about doing it. You scan the toy, give it back, you scan the wheelchair, give it back without causing unnecessary distress. There's no need to make a 3yo cry just to do some security scans

I have no clue why she needed to be patted Dow she can't stand she can't move her hips then they take her was your point in life to make a little girl cry
does 9/11 come to mind?
Purple Unicorn the girl could be used. as sad as it sounds, it could happen.
aharrison68 because everyone has to be patted down! What is so hard for you to understand? People use their kids to carry a weapon ordrugs and probably wheelchairs too. Their doing their job
I have only been patted down once, and I fly frequently.
(14 year old)
Bastards being bastards is my best guess over this
I hope this baby girl was able to forget the dispicable treatment she recieved. That was horrible and totally unnecessary to subject her to that sort of treatment!
A three year old terrorist in a wheelchair? My, how times have changed since I was growing up.
ok American Disability Act ... that protects all people with a disability , get them involve and demand your rights !!....
Yeah she's disabled therefore the rules don't apply to her
Yup, just because I'm disabled I can take a gun onto a place and shoot everyone dead.
Koki Ingreesi // Ingreeko Gaming it's vs 3vyear old in a wheelchair. Tf does shooting have to do with it?
m mora I’m just going to shoot up this pre school but it’s fine, I’m crippled
Ally Ciphers It’s not about the video, scroll up
She's three! She's not like Stewie off if family guy who is going to have a gun with her. I mean really
Raquel Montgomery . EXACTLY I HAVE A DISABLED SISTER RIGHT BESIDE ME AND SHE 3 YEARS OLD TO AND I WOULD F*CK UP THOES TPS OR WHAT EVER IF THEY EVEN TOUCH HER I WILL KILL THEM . thx for listing to me 😑
Your welcome. lol
Raquel Montgomery People could easily just use kids to hide something on them. So that's why they take extra precautions to make sure it doesn't happen.
and even easier if they are in a wheelchair...stuffies are great places to hide things inside, as well
Raquel Montgomery you'd be surprised, I was stabbed by my brother when he was three
I don’t blame the parents for wanting to record the TSA Agents we need to have more people like that recording everything that happens to the handicap we need it
George Layton they have a right to film this
No one should ever threat like these people because they took the little girls toy lamby and they refused to give it back until they could pat her down that is just so cruel
OMG!! I have a disabled child in a wheelchair & we go to Orlando every year. I have had a few over the top encounters with TSA but not like this & it BROKE my heart to see that pretty lil girl crying like that...
They heard her asking for Lammy - they knew it went through the scanner...They withheld it because her parents had the audacity to object to her being pawed without a parent's video rolling... boy, they sure got those parents - and got the company to apologize just as quickly!
@Harriet Antrobus exactly. It just shows how immature one is, to withhold a toy from a toddler, because their actions have been challenged.... why object to videotape? You're on tape already... you're not doing anything wrong, yes?!
@Harriet Antrobus hear, hear!
I would be willing to bet the appology is just computer generated and that the TSA person just checks a box on the form to make it happen.
@@johnclapperton5556 that phenomenon is replete these days...I am reminded of a similar incident with a dorm parent at our local college a few years back in which the dorm parent didn't know what a sage smudge is... the U sent a plain envelope with a crumpled $5 dollar bill to replace the sage... along with a blank official U letterhead... it just doesn't FEEL like an apology, ya know?
Glad I wasn't there. My bipolar self would've lost it.

I don't know much about it but I think it's extreme(?) mood swings
Oh shut the hell up.

A three year old girl in a wheelchair. Never have I seen a bigger threat to national security.
We can find thousand of videos like this where the outcome is always " agents will be retrained " but nothing changes and they keep doing the same thing
You're right, and I love the name Jane, always have though idk why.
Jane Avila The perpetrators are always Black Privileged employees ..Whites ,in America need to stop this Pandering and get of there bloody Knees..
as a father of 2 little girls, she broke my heart.
i honestly hope disney gave her a wonderful vacation (i know they are not to blame, but i would have done that)
The older sister trying to calm her sister down is so sweet
I just had my 4th spinal surgery with 13 screws and bolts. If the TSA ask what I'm carrying? I'll say "open up my skin and bones and see for yourself". If I'm denied entry, I'll just use my walker and crawl away.
