I live in the neighborhood where they are doing this bridge rehab- the city seems to have intentionally slowed construction on this project to save on cost. There is literally almost never anyone working on the bridge. And I'm not just talking about on top of the bridge, there's almost never anyone under it either. We've got this ridiculous scaffolding under the bridge as well and lost access to one of our parks because of it. While I don't think this bridge needs 24/7 work especially given how close houses are, I think it probably deserves to be worked on at least 5 days a week if not 6.
