I've watched you so often Phil, I feel like you are a friend. Minimaliste is quite simply the best.
I like the first floor bedroom. As an older person ( who gets up at night to pee ) a loft sleeping area would not be ideal.

This design team slays. One amazing model after another. LeChêne might be my favorite, but there is something to be taken from every model... it's like a sumptuous buffet from which to pick and choose the features you most prefer, then create your dream home. Impressive work!

I love this Acacia. The bed in the living room is excellent. You gays are doing an excellent job. May God keep blessing your hands guys. I wish I outdone buy on of this lofts. I live in a 3m2 apartment so this loft for me would be a mansion. It’s so beautiful.
Very good solution for two bedrooms. I like the Sakura best but for two people this one is excellent.

A beautiful, well designed home. I love the washer dryer (not a fan of those combo type in other tiny homes) and full size couch that looks comfortable. The round window over the sink is fantastic and two bedrooms and an extra loft too! Brilliant. Bright, clean look with those warm cedar touches.

Very bright and cheery. Great layout. The Sakura is still my all time favorite. I love the bathroom. Of course being a "Designing Woman", l had to redesign it and put in lots of Japanese elements, including a Japanese bath, a tatami room, large sliding doors and veranda plus added three feet hight to the loft. It sort of still looks like the Sakura. Thanx for the inspiration.

This is a very cool house and it looks like a comfortable place to live. It's obvious that you pay incredible attention to detail, and I'm sure your clients appreciate that. Very nice. A suggestion on the privacy door in the up stairs bedroom.If you had it to fold in. It could be used as a table. For like a laptop. Most kids have a laptop any more.

This is a nice houw. I just translated what that pillow in the daugher's loft, says in English: "To Travel is to dream is to exist", using my Translate app on my I-Phone. You do speak English. I have learned some French in High School and brushed up on it. I still recognize words here and there.

Love it! Sakura has always been my fav but it's too wide for roads in US without special towing. I especially love the bedrooms here. I have a teenage son and have been trying to figure out ways for privacy. This is perfect! Just missing a bathtub. 🤗

@ Minimaliste the teenager room,at the second wall flap,you can engineered it to be a desk for the teenager to study while sit in the bedroom

I'm wondering, is there any reason why the utility box on the exterior, couldn't be larger? I have a lot of stuff, and would really benefit from a larger space for things like oil for my motorcycle, garden stuff, etc. I live in the U.S. but would consider buying your plans. I LOVE your designs, and quality! ❤ So glad that I found you! I've been researching tiny homes & shipping container homes for the last couple of years, and you really are listening to your clients needs, and it is clearly benefiting a lot of people. Some builders are struggling to understand that just cuz it's a "tiny home", not everything in it needs to be like a doll house. Your designs are sleek, smart, stylish, innovative, and wouldn't be offended if you advertised them as sexy too 😌 GREAT WORK! And your English is great too! Christina

I love the house - the only thing I would change is to make the space above the kitchen more usable - I'm sure it's just going to be a storage nook but seems like it could be used for a TV or something else, maybe sleeping? Nonetheless a great layout and the round windows are sweet.

So in love with ur designs. I wish u could build 1 for me & ship it to the uk. Have u ever done that shipped to a uk customer? To buy even a mobile home in uk ur gonna spend upwards of £150,000 minimum for a 1 bed 1 level so its got to be cheaper to buy from canada & ship to uk. Btw ur english is perfect. X

Very beautiful house but I've noticed it none of the tiny house builders put ladders 4 exit from the Second Story and I think that might be a fire code that there has to be ladders collapsible ladders

I love the round windows. The layout is great. I'm always impressed with the amount of storage you put in your tiny houses. That ceramic heater is so close to the bed in the master bedroom. Is that safe? I would be afraid of setting my bedding on fire?

It would be cool to place a metal panel on the sliding door or some wall to place magnetic hooks etc.
